The location is pretty good. Their standards has dropped dramatically. Moreover, the room and bathroom size was extremely small. It was hard to spend even a single night there.

Every thing was good It’s one of my favorite place in Mecca Almost go there Bus was not working as Ajyad bus station was closed after Hajj period when we arrived

Cheap price but not value for money. I booked two room, at the time of checking they dont have two room, they give me only one room and said after you do umrah, will give another room. Room was old, not properly clean.

The parking attendant refused to let me park my car, even though I had a confirmed reservation and there were vacant spaces. He informed me that he could offer me a paid parking spot instead. Meanwhile, I observed that other individuals arrived and were allowed to enter without any issue. I attempted to contact the reception desk at the time, but unfortunately, there was no response.

Very disappointed. My second stay here yesterday unfortunately got very very bad room.my room is smelly,toilet sink was broken,dustbin not functioning well,got big fly inside the toilet,kettle was broken and stained.all pieces of paper cup is already used but still put in the kitchen for others to use.
