Facilities and room standards Distance from Haram

Walking distance down Khalil Ibraheem St to Haram, approx 5 mins. It also helps to be away from all the hustle and bustle around the clocktower mall and hotels. Limited parking spot for a car, had to spend additional funds on a General parking lot, which was around 50-60 SAR for a day. While the hotel is Free of charge if they give you a permit with the room. Need to confirm a spot upon booking, so you at least don’t incur additional external charges that the hotel has no control over.

before travelling, i was near to cancel my reservation due to the bad reviews , but after i went there i realized that it must be fake reviews the hotel is very nice, superfast check in, very good location only 15mins amusing walking in beautiful street of IBRAHIM ALKHALIL, room is clean , 4 beds , excellent room service . and i want exceptionally to thank the pullman who helped me at my leave and carried my bags up to the bridge and waited with me until we found a taxi and helped put bags inside the car. i don't know his name .. but i can't thank him enough, i hope him the best in all his life . Allah bless him

Reservation System was not working properly at that time and it took more than 1hour waiting at the reception counters.

We arrived but they said room not ready come back after two hours but we were very tired after long journey so they let us check in after 7pm but check in time was after 4pm and also manger was very rude when we ask for room clean he replied it's not five star hotel plus front desk staff with no English spoken and rude this hotel is 1 star definitely not 3star and it's about 15 minutes walk from haram.not wort the money we paid
