Only location around 10 min walking to haram Unfortunately, my stay at your hotel was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. For the first time in my life, I encountered bed bugs in a hotel room, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and health standards. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response I received from the reception when I reported the issue. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, I was told that I might have brought the bed bugs with me from Al-Haram. This response was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Such issues should be handled with seriousness and respect for guests, especially when they relate to health and cleanliness. This experience was extremely disturbing, and unfortunately, after this incident, I will not consider staying at your property again.

Clean, comfort stay, great location 1000meter to Haram just take you maybe 10-12 min walk on the flat road. You will enjoy walk go and back from Haram, many shops and restaurants all the way. Easy to find the hotel, taxi just infront the hotel, very nice and polite staff. Thank you allow us to check in early the morning, definitely we will stay this hotel for next umrah, Inshallah. I booked this hotel last minute for 1st night of Ramadan. It is around 10-15 min walking distance to Haram and you walk through busy walking street. Staff at reception was very welcoming. I got a room on 8th Floor. I think there are in total 6 lifts. and they are quite busy during rush hours as this hotel has 16 floors. Room was nice and Bed was Comfy. They give complimentary water and tea with kettle. Bathroom was decent and with soap and toiletries, only complain is that the shower area is bit cramped. After checking out, they were nice enough to keep my luggage for 5 hours. Shower area is little bit cramped

Honestly, the only positive thing about this hotel was the location. Being close to El Haram is great and convenient. Late Check-in, we didn't get our room until around 4:00 PM, which is an unacceptable delay and a huge letdown right at the start of our trip. Secondly, the room was visibly old and tired, and frankly, it did not feel clean. It desperately needs a complete deep cleaning and renovation. Finally, the Bathroom (The worst part) was the absolute low point. It had a terrible, unpleasant smell (poor sanitation is an understatement). The fixtures and equipment are ancient and show clear signs of zero maintenance for years. It was so bad it genuinely impacted our comfort during the stay.
