Everything else was fine, but there is still room for improvement. For example, the bathroom had no hooks or place to hang clothes. Special thanks to Rizwan, who was very helpful and provided excellent room service throughout our stay.

Friendly Staff and despite of it location value due to nearby the Haram still very much budget friendly. And the most valuable thing is FREE PARKING. Great Reception by Mr. Thaimoor and great janitorial services by Rizwan. Overall great experience Nothing

I liked the property location because it’s only 10 or 15 minutes from Alharam, the house keeper was good specially the guy named Radwan , he was helpful, everyday he come and ask if we need help with anything , my only comment is the hotel needs to provide a better WiFi because it was very slow, I would rather pay little more money but better internet specially for someone will need it for business while he staying.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located only 1.1 km from Masjid Al Haram, making it a convenient 10–15 minute walk to the Haram. The location was excellent and made my visit very comfortable.

I really liked the property. It was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and located in a great area. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, and it had all the amenities I was looking for. Nothing in particular. I was satisfied with the property overall.

Ridwan, the house keeper, was very nice and helpful. He was always ready to support any requests.

Then Mr Rizwan room boy service always available and asking for any services if needed. Rooms space, little bit small as compared to other hotels. But overall staff and facilities much much better compare to booking fee value

Rooms are not clean and maintained. Had to remind the hotel for cleaning after check in.
