The rooms are too small. Even you can't perform namaz. I booked am paid for two twin beds room as mentioned, but they give me three single bed room.

You can get all types of the food close to the Hotel Hotel is not properly cleaned while my stay i saw cacroch inside my room

Price is good Location is near to haram like hardly 8-10 minutes of walk Staff is cooperative I reached before checkin time but they were not able to accomodate me before the checkin time . They tried their best but they also seems helpless . If the would have done this for me , than there was nothing better than this hotel

The only downside was the parking fee. We paid SAR 742 for three rooms, but an additional charge of SAR 75 per night was required for parking. It would have been better if parking had been included in the room rate or offered at a lower cost.

The distance to Haram is only ten minutes walking. There is a small pantry between two rooms. One of the receptionists. A lady who always looks tired and is not friendly. Didn't even help and it doesn't look like it's from the hospitality world

Location was good. Lots of restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc. The size of the rooms (very small for three beds) and the shower was small. Coffee machine needed a better place. Cord was too short. Couldn't reach the electrical socket.

Alhamdu Lillah I was very satisfied with the hotel and the service. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Rayan AL-lahyani and the bellman Faisal Irshad. I stayed there for 26 days and everything went smoothly, the housekeeping was great. I highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

Nothing, all is good. I just wish there is some flexibility in early check-ins but i understand how busy it gets in Ramadan, so no problem.

What i was not happy about is the quality of the toilet rooms. The toilets stink like a hell and i think it needs total renovation. Moreover the chemicals that are used to clean is very disturbing.
