The staff were very friendly, they provided welcome snack and consistently asked for help. The breakfast was diverse with good quality. The room was very small without any view. It had three beds consuming most of the space. Also, the bathroom was very small with tiny shower area.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and in a great Location. The staff was always so nice, welcoming, and helpful with any questions I had. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was delicious and a great way to start the day! Highly recommend. Nothing maybe just the small bed rooms and the 4 beds even though we are a family of 5.

The location was convenient and easy to access. However, the room was much smaller than expected for a family of four. There was very little space to move between the bed and the refrigerator, and the room did not have a proper sitting or dining area. The room was extremely small and felt overcrowded for four guests. There was barely enough space to walk without bumping into the bed or the refrigerator. Based on my experience, the room quality and facilities did not meet the standard I expected from a 3-star hotel.

This is my 3rd time to stay here in the past 2 years so goes without saying that i like it here very much. Everything was excellent during our stay I personally believe that people are what matter the most, they can make or break a business so my favorite thing here is “THE STAFF” Everyone from the reception team to the housekeeping manager “Mr. Samir” goes above and beyond to help in any way to make our stay even more enjoyable. I got early check-in very smoothly without any fuss Rooms are always super clean, renovated and all amenities are great Location is perfect, it’s a 10 : 15 minutes walk to Haram gates depending on your pace of walking The entire hotel smells amazing and there are like 4 fast elevators so getting around even right before prayer is easily enough All in all, my experience with them has been smooth, enjoyable and exceeded my expectations in every possible way I keep recommending them over and over again to everyone i know Nothing

This property is just a 10 minute by walk from the prayer areas outside gates of Masjid Al Haram. The entire staff was extremely polite including the manager, Mohammad Seif, and they genuinely care about their customers. Great customer experience & value for money! A firm soap dispenser and the hot water in the shower could have perfected my stay - but I didn’t report these tiny issues as hotel’s stunning location and the staff hospitality outweighed everything. Further, their staff asked about my stay & needs everyday!
