It was so clean ! And soundproof despite the so busy area ! The room was small ! Only 3 elevators for 21 floors ! But the waiting time is acceptable !

Too much waiting for elevator

Location is great, close to Haram. Rooms were too congested

The beds are tiny. The shower is open to the bathroom floor and has no door, so the bathroom got wet every time the shower was used. They should provide a wiper to clean the bathroom after a shower because it was slippery.

Staff was friendly overall Room was clean Housekeeping was very good , our server name was Shakeel Ahmed Shower area was not enclosed hence water splashed all over while taking shower.

- Location is good, 5-7 minutes' walk from Haram - Staff was very helpful - Room service was very efficient and responsive - The room space is cozy. - The shower cabinet is not surrounded by any barriers; every time you take a shower, the bathroom is submerged with water.

The hotel is good some how comfortable, the room is small and the size of bed as well other than that everything is ok Size of the room is very small

The staff was nice. They provided towels, water and coffee all the time. The rooms are tiny and they have such a wasted space. The beds could have been stacked on top of each other so they can be like bunk beds. Moreover, the space under the bed should have been accessible so we can store our luggage. Additionally, providing us with a small microwave could have helped. The shower has a curtain wire but the cutting was not there so water will be everywhere since the shower head angle was not adjustable. Also, you could have provided golf car service for people who are willing to pay.

The Staff was excellent. Especially Shakeel Ahmed the cleaner. The room size was EXTRA SMALL. Everything else was OK. The Lady "The duty manager" was excellent in customer services.

The hotel is above the average , the rooms small and not that clean , but for Omrah is enough, specially it is near to al Haram

The facility is brand new and is in a excellent location, short flat walk to the haram. During busy times we can even pray in the hotel prayer room itself as the haram loud speakers reach the hotel. The staff is great and very helpful. They did my laundry and got supplies as needed. One of the employee Alamgir Hussain was very helpful after checkout, he got a taxi to go back to Jeddah when it was very hard to find one as my originally booked taxi driver cancelled as they could not get close to the haram due to the traffic. The hotel also let me store my luggage on the last day after checkout till late night. The rooms are very small, there is barely any space to put luggage down or to pray.

The check in process is fast. The staff allowed early check in,, thank you so much Allaa. The staffs are friendly and fast respond. Clean and near Harram. A divider is needed for the shower to keep the toilet dry.
