Unbelievably Good location. Extremely underrated. The best location for catching taxis to Haram, walking to Haram, to all the best shops, food spots, cheap laundry service, prayer room & even has a play area for children ! Allah Taqabbal.

Everything was really lovely and the staff was really nice. I had a view of the Masjid so It was extra special for me ☺️. There is also a shuttle bus service right outside so it was really nice. If you wish to walk to the Al haram it will take you around 10 minutes. There wasn't much I didn't like everything was okay.

I have been staying in kiswa from past two years whenever I visit makkah this is my go to place now kind of second home because it’s super convenient when it comes to a comfortable stay with cleanliness and their shuttle service is always on time and available. And service Rooms had to swicth multiple time cause of ac and bathroom stink and smell service didn't take anything good seriously and we're always laughing and stuff was missing from our room

The shuttle would sometimes take very long to come. It would sometimes not come. The air-conditioning in the room was faulty. The drain in the bathroom would get blocked and the bathroom would be flooded half the time.

The pictures in the booking.com are using good filters, in reality it is very old building like 80's, everything in the hotel is super old and used, furniture elevator like cheap hotel, this is not 1.6KM from Haram, this is 45 minutes walk from the Haram, the shuttle buss drop you on a buss station where u have to walk 25 minutes just to reach haram, this is very far from haram, they ask for prepayment when booking just because if you see the location and the room you will cancel. the hotel location, the room interior, location, this is a very old hotel which old and poor quality furniture. no cleanliness, 45 minutes walk from the Haram, even with the shuttle buss you have to walk 25 to 30 minute from where buss drop you.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the facilities were excellent. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the outstanding customer service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Moosa the bellman is my favorite part of returning to this hotel. He makes the stay worth it and is very helpful and considerate. Give him a raise, he works very hard! I keep choosing this hotel over the past three years and Moosa has always helped us considerably and welcomed us more than any other staff member. The bellboys were all very kind and good people. The shower head was broken upon arrival, it was missing amenities listed in the booking. The check in time was at 4pm, but we checked in at 6:30pm and the room was still not ready. However, the staff was able to pull the room together in 20 minutes, yet flying 14 hours it was disappointing having to wait when we expected our room to be ready. The front desk staff should learn to speak kindly and not visibly ignore you.

I liked the cleanliness , the location,even though they were very annoying in the bus it got very crowded and no man let us sit even though all women were standing up They were slow in attending room service , i contacted the property and they said the parking is 3sar per hour Then at the property they said 7sar???? That was very annoying Also not said that the restaurant was closed and no breakfast was there

Clean, staff understand english, nice management, Shuttle after every 20 to 25 mint Need two shuttle close to prayer time its crowdy. We prefer to go prayer 1 hour earlier, no crowd at that time.
