Elaf Kinda Hotel

Location is excellent in terms of proximity to the Holy Kabaah Room were very nice and spacious breakfast was excellent with a wide vareity of options to choose from Nothing, it was great

Parking issue When you arrive at the hotel, your car will be parked far away and you will have to carry your luggage from there on foot.

Just the location , although near to Haram but transportation is an issue . Cleanliness , lack of facilities e,g common area washrooms were locked ….

The ac sound was to high the room service forgot the towel of the glass in thecroom thecstaff was nit helpful the room is to small not that new the furniture is to old

Not worth it, the only significance this place has, is the close proximity to Haram. That’s it, it’s run down with exaggerated prices and not worth the spend. Several other options with similar rates are available nearby. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Rooms are too tights, beds are small in length and uncomfortable, lifts/elevators are too slow and always crowded. Price is not worth it.

Breakfast must be improved, location is excellent i wll stay again only for location , hotel approach through taxi is difficult caz taxis can’t cone infront of hotel entrance , they drop us away. Washroom

Great location, just a short walk to the Haram. There are also good Asian shops nearby, so no need to travel to shopping malls. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The hotel can be a little difficult to reach by vehicle, as there is no dedicated drop-off area at the entrance. My taxi dropped me at the Clock Tower entrance, and I had to use the lift and walk a short distance to the hotel. The room was quite small, but acceptable for a solo traveler. Although it is a 5-star hotel, the overall arrival experience is fairly basic, and the narrow corridors do not give a premium feel.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Haram, making it easy to attend every prayer without having to deal with security checkpoints or road closures. Its convenient location allows you to walk to and from the Haram comfortably at any time. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. I would also like to give special recognition to the concierge service. They kindly collected my luggage from the Switch Makkah luggage storage on Level -1 before my check-in and delivered it back to the same location upon my check-out. Considering it is a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel, this thoughtful service made my stay much more convenient and was greatly appreciated. Elaf Kinda is a 5-star hotel, and considering the premium price, we expected a more spacious room. Unfortunately, the room size was disappointing. Initially, we were assigned Room 1515, which was far too small for a double occupancy room. There was hardly any space to keep our luggage or move around comfortably. After we requested a room change, the hotel accommodated us after two days and moved us to Room 1001, which was slightly larger and more comfortable. While we appreciate the room change, we still believe that a 5-star hotel in this price range should offer more spacious accommodations to ensure guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We hope the management will consider improving this aspect for future guests.

Value for money Entrance with Barber Shop

Maybe it was near 0.5 km I booked two rooms one for each guest when i tried to alter the reservation add one more person booking.com did not help an the hotel refused although I have booked through booking.com over 50 times and never requested anything from them before(never again), to my suprise when I checked in the hoeing accepted my request. The rooms are very small and the keys keep malfunctioning i changed keys over 15 times , the Wifi is awful.
