Really good breakfast. Location is also excellent and the hotel is connected to zamzam tower which makes it very convenient to go anywhere inside this building complex. Number of elevators is also an advantage compared to some other hotels around where you often need to wait longer Air condition was too strong even on the lowest working power, and the air from the A/C felt weird, like the whole system needs some cleaning. This is really important when that is your only source of fresh air.

المستوى المميز. Honestly, the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available at the reception and restaurant. I also noticed that the service keeps improving with every visit. Everything was handled quickly, and I especially appreciate that they arranged an early check-in because my flight arrived before the official check-in time. This allowed me to perform Friday prayer and Umrah comfortably. There was also an unexpected maintenance issue in the lobby, and the team handled it quickly and professionally. Thank you again, and I hope you continue providing this excellent level of service. أما بالنسبة لبوفيه العشاء، فكان عاديًا بالنسبة لي، وأرى أن هناك مجالًا للتحسين. كذلك كانت المصاعد تمثل تحديًا، خاصة في أوقات الصلاة، حيث كانت بعض السلالم الكهربائية متوقفة عن العمل، وهو ما أثر على تقييمي لموقع الفندق، رغم أن ذلك قد يكون خارج مسؤولية الفندق As for the dinner buffet, I found it quite average and believe there is room for improvement. The elevators were also challenging, especially during prayer times, and some of the escalators were not working, which affected my rating of the hotel’s location, although this may be beyond the hotel’s control.

The hotel is close to the Haram, clean and the room was big enough. There’s nothing that i didn’t like about the property

Excellent location very close to Haram and ambiance is very nice . Every single thing is perfect.

- الموقع ممتاز قريب جدا من الحرم ومقابل ابراج مكة. - جميع الخدمات حول الفندق. - استلام الغرف على الوقت بدون تاخير. - تعامل الطاقم ممتاز و نظافة الغرف جيدة. - الافطار رائع و متنوع. - ان شاء الله لنا عودة للفندق في الزيارة القادمة. - الغرف ضيقة نوعا ما بالنسبة لثلاثة اشخاص.

Location is just at Haram within 2 min walk is the best advantage Rush at breakfast time and big queue to take fresh food like omelette & Pancakes
