Fantastic Nothing

One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the hotel’s excellent location, conveniently close to the Haram. Equally impressive was the outstanding service from the room service, housekeeping, and restaurant teams, who were always courteous, responsive, and committed to delivering a wonderful guest experience. Alhamdulillah, everything was generally very good. If I were to suggest any improvements, I would recommend enhancing the breakfast menu with more international options, a greater variety of fresh fruits, and some dessert selections. These additions would provide better value and further improve the overall guest experience.

Well renovated The staff of reception was excellent, the help Desk was very supportive , house keeping team excellent, there was a guy called Farook from Bangladesh, very wellbeing and quite personal

The location and the room When I checked in, I was scammed by giving me smaller rooms than what I reserved and paid for, and when I asked them that the rooms do not match the picture and size in booking, the reception said booking.com was mistaken about the size and the picture of the rooms. After argument, they gave me the rooms I reserved and they matched the picture and size righted in booking. (I scam is when you give someone cheaper rooms than what was paid) لما سجلت دخول تم التحايل علي و عطوني غرف اصغر من الي حاجزها و صورتها مختلفه عن بوكينق، قالولي هذا المتوفر و بوكينق غلطان بالحجم و الصور و الفندق فل وهذا الموجود!! بعد مجادله طلعولي غرف نفس الي حاجزهم بالحجم و الصور!! من الاول ليش ما عطوني الغرف الي حاجزها و دافعلها بالعربي معطيني غرف ارخص من الي انا دافعه حق الغرف الكبار (وهذا اسمه تحايل على العميل ان تعطيه غرفه غير عن الي حاجزها)

The service, hospitality, cleanliness, and spacious room were all excellent. Everything in the room was great and made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Reem for her outstanding assistance during the check-in process. She was welcoming, professional, and very helpful, making our arrival smooth and pleasant.

Helpful staff- location near Haram Hotel direction link at booking.com is wrong, Taxi driver couldn’t get me to the hotel entrance.

Lifts were highly mismanaged. No space in lift to go to Haram. Plus Reception staff was rude and non understanding at times.

There is a smoking smell in the room

The location is excellent and close to everything, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms were clean and newly renovated, and I really liked the modern decor. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. There was construction and maintenance work going on almost throughout the entire day. The noise was extremely loud and very disturbing, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the stay. I wish the hotel had informed guests in advance about the ongoing work.

Location.. staff .. mall None

Staff is friendly Complementary Qahwa, orange/ lemon and mint/sweet melon anti oxident juices. All the restaurant and super markets are within the same building. Checked-in late in the night but late checked out was permitted for a limited time only. Furniture is old and required to be replaced with new ones.
