Location Communication between the taxi coming to pick us and the police who didn’t allow taxi to reach the hotel.We waited 50 minutes to solve the issue.I suggest on checking out reception given the taxi plate number to communicate with the police to allow the taxi.The reception gave us to papers none of them were accepted by the policeman.

The staff in the reception and restaurant are very friendly Honestly, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Yesterday, the Customer Service Manager contacted me to ask about my room. I informed him that the headboard was dirty, and I appreciate that he responded quickly and arranged a room change immediately. Unfortunately, the new room was a downgrade. My original room had a view of the Haram, while the replacement room had no view at all. I contacted customer service again, and the staff member I spoke with was not very professional. He told me that there were no Haram-view rooms available because they were all fully occupied. However, the hotel was clearly not busy, so I called the front desk myself and asked if there were any rooms with a partial Haram view. They confirmed that such rooms were available, which made the conflicting information even more frustrating. I explained that since the issue was caused by the hotel, I expected to be compensated with a room of the same standard as my original room—or even a better one—not a lower category. However, the response I received was that changing my room was enough, as if they were doing me a favor. In reality, changing the room was simply the right thing to do because the first room was not clean and was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the replacement room also had problems. The lighting control system was not working properly, and the cleanliness was still below expectations. I expected a much higher standard of service from a hotel of this level. What disappointed me the most was not only the condition of the rooms but also the attitude of customer service and the way they handled the situation.

The hotel location is extremely strategic and convenient, located directly opposite the entrance gate for Umrah visitors, which is definitely one of its strongest advantages. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and professional. The level of service and hospitality throughout my stay was excellent. The hotel feels somewhat old and could benefit from some renovation. I faced an issue with the room temperature, as well as the type of duvet provided, which felt too warm and affected my sleep quality. Although I spent most of my time performing Umrah and had limited sleeping hours, the few times I tried to rest were unfortunately not comfortable. I also found the food prices inside the hotel to be quite expensive and somewhat overpriced. Additionally, the bathrooms could use some maintenance and upgrades.
