فريق العمل خدمه سريعه استجابه فوريه جلسنا في غرفة فيها ريحه كريهه بس فريق العمل استبدل لنا الغرفه وعملو بنا upgrade للغرفه

الفندق نظيف و رائع الستاف متعاونين حصلت على غرفة اكبر من الي حجزتها الي ما حبيته اني اضطريت اطلع من المبنى للمبنى الثاني للإفطار

Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, amazing staff, top notch facilities and customer service. Perfect location very close to haram but in a more relaxed and quiet area. Everything was great!

It is 4 towers hotels and residence apartment which is separate I loved that the elevators was separate for the apartments and was good location to the haram The problem with the apartments is that it was less fancy than the hotel rooms but wide and has fully equipped kitchen where the second problem rises; the bad smell all over the place which stick to our cloths

- الفطور متنوع وجميل وكل الاصناف اللي تتوقعها فيه والمكان الخاص بالفطور كبير وواسع - الغرف نظيفه ومرتبه والحمامات فيها كامل الخدمات - المكان جداً مناسب بعيد عن الزحمه وقريب للحرم - قريب من اغلب الخدمات ( بن داوود والكافيهات والمطاعم ) - الخدمه جداً مرتبه وسريعه - اتمنى لو كانت الغرف فيها اضاءة اكثر لانه تعتمد فقط على الابجورات والشبابيك وقت النهار

Location was very close from mosque Facilities did not work for example no hot water at the sink, hot air conditioning and staff did not provide check in until late but when it was time for checks out they checked out us early so i did not get it, and the room beside me were loud all night and rude they would park a hand wheele chair infront of my room door
