الفندق جيد بشكل عام والغرف نظيفة ومريحة، وموظفو الاستقبال بشوشون ومتعاونون. Overall, the hotel is good, with clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly reception staff. الملاحظة الرئيسية هي أن باص الفندق إلى الحرم لم يكن يعمل أثناء إقامتي، مما سبب مشقة في صعود وهبوط المنحدر وتكاليف إضافية للمواصلات. كما يوجد بعض الإزعاج من أعمال تنظيف الغرف المجاورة بسبب ضعف العزل الصوتي. The main issue was that the hotel shuttle to Al Haram was not operating during my stay, which made the steep walk difficult and resulted in additional transportation costs. There was also some noise from housekeeping activities in neighboring rooms due to limited sound insulation.

Room size was very good .Also very comfortable beds. Reception personnel need more training.

Great really i like it so much and the staff at the reception are perfect It is just not suitable for elderly people because you have to use taxi or bus to el haram

Nothing Everything

All the women on reception weren’t polite. And be careful the hotel is on a long heel

Coming back to hotel was very difficult. Overcrowded buses, difficult to get taxi. One thing that disappointed me the most is that when I used to return back from Harmain tired, the food section of hotel by then was closed and I requested them to give two extra water bottle as the size of two bottles they used to provide was very small. They refused. It was very shocking that too during Ramadan when water is very important and getting “no” was very disappointing. I used to rush back to market to purchased when I used to come to room for short time to change and rush back to Harmain

Overall great experience. Breakfast had many items, the only thing negative was the location of hotel, as it is on a hill, so walking while returning back from haram is difficult. All the amenities inside the hotel are top class. Specially my daughter liked everything very much. There wasn't a need to ask for anything. All were provided beforehand.

Cleaning Every thing was very good

Value for money Check in time took almost 1 hour and reception management was not as expected. The receptionist themselves are very nice people but the management system is not effective at all

The amenities, food and Price all were at top. The There is no parking lot for cars, vehicles are toed and you get fine and additional tension.

Hotel staff is very nice and talking very polite Respectful welcome when you check IN and check Out Breakfast is good but need to add some Indian food as well
