Okay and better to stay on the property but needs more equipment and ensure the cats at the door don’t stay their anymore I didn’t like the fact that no one was bringing the toiletries

20 min walking distance to Haram No bus to Haram, not suitable for old people. No parking, it's a problem if you go with your car.

I like the staff , they were helpful and kind . I liked that my hotel was near haram .Beside that the rooms were very good and comfortable. Next time I would like to stay there again . There was no microwave.

Toilet is super small and the shower is even smaller. Rooms for 4 adult was small as well.

Staff was great! Hotel was clean. They clean everyday. Whenever you asked for cleaning, they respond fast. The great thing is that they have in every floor, washer for clothing. They have lobby as well. Location is great. 20 minutes from Almasjid Alharam. The good thing that it does NOT has carpet which no bad smell. I do not like to sound the elevator when it reaches our floor that you can hear it from your room. Also, they do not help with the time of leaving the hotel at 2pm. If your airplane late, you need to pay them!

The room was good, clean and comfortable.I will rate at 8. Bath standing shower area is extreamly small. You can't take a bath.Totally unacceptable.

Full of Dust in the room with dirty bed sheets. Coffee/tea spilled near the bed with stains and smelly entrance. AC had a problem and couldn't sleep during night

near to haram almost 15 min walk or 3 min by taxi and in front to moa'ala tomp and near to sayeda aisha mosque almost 10 min by car it is second time to stay in the hotel last time we asked room service and all our stay no body come to clean the room and toilets not clean and had insects not too much and shower room too tiny

Very very clean, comfortable pleasant staff and room spacious The distance to the haram was the big worry for me. Takes about 18 minutes or more for a lady walking quite fast. Though for men they say 15 minutes or less. I tried the taxi and walking and the difference wasn't significant you still will have to walk a lot to get to the Haram. My aim for Umrah was to get to pray all salat @ Haram but cldnt achieve so cos of the distance. Had to change hotel at my loss cos they said the 7 days I paid wasn't refundable. I would say not fair at all. The bathing shower area was too small, a big sized person will find it impossible to bath and challenging for a small sized person.

Nothing Tha bathroom is very small and the toilet had an issue and the fridge has an issue too and the location it’s not the same as the booking The staff not answering when we call them Really bad experience
