Bus shuttle there is one bus with most hotel Location Room need to clean

Clean and spacious room. The washing machine was a huge plus. No shuttles to the haram. No breakfast in the building, it was next door.

Parking was very convenient, staff were very friendly and supportive. I have stayed in residence tower they have grocery shop in ground floor ,full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher , all the facilities were clean and everything was well maintained The coffee shop in the front floor was closed , food delivery options to be made

The furniture is nice The workers are rude and each one of them had different instructions about checking in and checking out they take a long time to do anything

New, clean and good value for money 1000 Sar cash guarantee not mentioned online clearly. Moreover checkin staff is way to slow took 2 hours almost each go checkin and out. Bus service when in need is not there. Had to walk a lot.

• The room was clean and the furniture was new and well-maintained. • The bed was extremely comfortable. • The staff were helpful and responsive; everything we asked for was provided immediately. • The shuttle to the Haram was very convenient. It ran every 30 minutes and was always on time with no delays. . The hotel is in a quiet area, so the streets were not crowded when going to and returning from the Haram. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and it was a good value for money. . The location is quite far from the Haram. However, this was expected and is understandable given that the hotel offers good facilities for its price. You have to leave the hotel 1 hr before prayer time to be able to pray at haram. • The shuttle bus drops us at the new extension area of the Haram, which requires a relatively long walk to reach the Kaaba. • There was also a noticeable smell in the room that I did not like. • The room had a dishwasher and they provided dishwasher soap, but there was no dish soap or sponge for hand washing, which was inconvenient.

Clean , tidy , and good quality Location is far from haram, so you can’t go to every salat, busses even will you drop you far from haram, so If you want to stay here consider to take omrah and saty the rest , or go to haram and stay untill finished , you can’t go whenever you want

The hotel does not offer breakfast, and its location is not convenient, as it is situated in a relatively isolated area. Although a shuttle service is provided to Masjid al-Haram, it drops passengers at Gaza Station, which is a considerable distance from the mosque. Consequently, I had to take a taxi to King Abdulaziz Gate, which is located just a short distance from the Kaaba. Location
