Very close to the haram via elevator. Quality and service are good. Breakfast has great variety but the quality is not great but it is good. Occasionally I get cooking smell in my room which is very strange.

الفندق رائع نظيف وجديد وبقرب الحرم دقيقتين ، كل الموظفين تعاملهم جدا راقي وتحس نفسك ببيتك شكر خاص للاخت طيف واسيل خدمة عملاء ممتازه والله نظال مدير المطعم من احسن البوفيهات أنصحكم إنكم تضيفو الإفطار والعشاء في حجزكم ما احتجنا أبدا مطاعم وعندهم ضيافة فواكه وقهوة للغرف يوميا بارك الله فيهم ، أعتمدنا الهوتيل لكل سفره لنا لمكه بإذن الله

The service on the counter When I checked in no one told me that the half board room is only for dinner and breakfast . No lunch served in the hotel . I checked in at 9:00 PM and I thought I will take lunch next day not dinner . I spoke next day to one of the staff about this issue she told me to go to the lounge in the same hotel to have lunch as a compensation , When I went the lounge they told me the kitchen is not open yet . N lunch available only few pastries and croissant. Very disappointed. I checked out in next day without having lunch . It

Location and clean Stuff are so rude . It must be blocked the booking for hotel if they have any reason or the need any permission, they kick out the guest from the hotel. They are so bad in dealing with the guest.

The hotel is beautifully new, with stunning rooms that are modern, elegant, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. The food options were excellent, offering a great variety with high quality and delicious choices. Overall, it was a great experience. However, since the hotel is new, it is a bit farther from the main market area. Reaching the Haram possible requires navigating through different sections, using multiple elevators, and walking through connecting areas rather than having direct access. The layout can be slightly confusing at first due to the different zones and elevator access points.

The location the Staff The Room was perfect in everything I did not like that the room service did not come to "Make my Room" despite turning on the notification at the door.

Location is easy to access. The property was not clean, I found may empty plastic covers for chocolates down the bed and in the toilet the soap bottle not wormed a no one checked the room before gave it to us.
