El servicio fue excelente desde mi 1era visita, por eso sigue siendo mi 1era opción cuando visito Medellin. Son un ejemplo perfecto de Atención al Cliente. Estupenda ubicación, decoración, vista, restaurante. Es un hotel boutique para huéspedes con buen gusto y que disfrutan de un ambiente tranquilo.

The hotel is located next to a very busy main street which caused a lot of noise during the nights.

Last night did not have hot water and following day no water at all.

Clean comfortable rooms The breakfast selection was very limited, the location was not so near to restaurants or groceries and during my stay the WiFi didn't work.

The room space was nice. I stayed at a Standard Room which I booked since it was just 1 night. Well the hotel is located on a MAJOR avenue, therefore the noise was impossible. This room was located on the second floor which felt like my bed was on the street because of the loud noise. I kindly asked the person at the front desk if there was a way to get a room in a top floor in order to be a little further from the noise...she was not kind and told me that was the room I booked so I had to tolerate the noise. On the Booking description it doesn't specify that the Standard Room is located on the second floor. The bed pillows are so small I had to use 6 of them,...they aren't standard size pillows. The breakfast was so simple and plain that I would have preferred having breakfast elsewhere.

When we went out for a few drinks in the evening the attendants were mostly chatting instead of paying attention to the guests who were present. I had to walk over to the bar myself to place an order.

Big room and clean Its at poblado but you hace to walk 10/12 minutes to get where restaurants and everything are.

Needs more exposition, you get there at night and seems like the place is close. Also need better breakfast options.

Beautiful room, fantastic staff, coffee maker in room, beautiful drinking glasses, large room. It is on a very loud street so earplugs are a must.

Location The noise from the road in some rooms we’re insufferable. Garbage men and trucks woke us up at 5am might even be earlier on the 7th floor. There were no iron boards in our room and the iron barley warmed up. The breakfast option was limited especially since I don’t do sugar. but I did love that they had fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juice every morning.
