Great staff and breakfast. Ronnie at front desk was so kind and patient. Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood.

The best part of this hotel was the staff. They were very very nice and helpful. The location is also great and it's a quaint little hotel in an area where the things around it have gotten a bit fancy and modern. I liked the more retro, small, feel of this hotel. It was also very clean. The room itself is pretty sparse and a little dated in appearance, but that is sort of the aesthetic of the hotel.

Spacious. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Excellent service!! Good location!

The staff and property were professional, helpful, kind and beautiful human beings. We had the most contact with Ronny. Whom would also play games with our little boy. Nothing.

The best was the nice staff

The hotel per se is nice, most of the staff too and breakfast is good but we have been assaulted by 2 violent thieves armed with knives in the very street of the hotel, 100m away from it on a Sunday at 9pm (they were waiting at the corner of the street). We were violently thrown on the floor and ripped off. Never walk there at night even if it seems ok and the neighborhood has good reputation. There is no other shop/hotel in that street. Big thanks to the hotel receptionist who came out when he heard us scream, I think his name is Juan Camilo/Carlos. Staff of the hotel helped us to a certain extent but not a lot of proactivity. We were not offered water/food or assistance proactivel despite appearing wounds and state of shock and the police was very unhelpful. The hotel claims that we were warned to always take taxis after sundown, it is not true. I am fluent in Spanish and would have understood. We are cautious travelers. El Poblado is not safe after sundown. Be careful if you book this hotel.

The parking, the location, the breakfast

Small nice hotel in el Poblado, out from the loud streets from Medellin nightlife. Really clean. It was just difficult for a vegan to have a vegan friendly breakfast. We didn’t inform them before about our needs, so it is our fault. The staff tried to arrange a vegan breakfast and they showed how they try to make the guests happy It is far from the first metro station (37 minutes walk)

Great value. Welcoming and professional staff. Nice and relaxing breakfast and outside area. The room was calming and relaxing.

Really clean, staff are brilliant, excellent location. The ladies serving breakfast were beyond kind every morning. Made our stay very easy.

No minibar , it was in description but not there in reality Housekeeping was a bit ropey, just made the bed and put a clean towel, didn’t sweep floors or wipe sink

Walking distance to restaurants, breakfast is delicious, room is clean and comfy, the garden is absolutely beautiful to dine in. Staff is super friendly. They even allow us to use their personal cell phone to call our credit card company during an emergency when we lost our cell phones. Manuel and staff went beyond and above helped us restore our account (again and again) when we were in desperate need of help. Cannot be more grateful to the staff!

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and well located, the garden was beautiful and the breakfast was really good and all was very good value for money, highly recommend it! The one small thing is that the window in the bathroom could be locked and sometimes you could hear people coming back at nigh but it wasn't too much noise.

Felt really old like from the 80s. Clean and original. Bed was super uncomfortable. I even changed hotel and got no refund.
