Lo único fue el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho solo temperatura ambiente y depende del dia enfriaba un poco.

The location, the breakfast, the service, the large rooms, and I like the elegant old world style of the hotel, the little details such as sewing kit, and all the toiletries. Nice bar too! Even though I light the elegant old world style, they do need to fix some things so that it looks vintage but not old or unkept, such as a stain on the sofa, and replace the towel rack in the bathroom which was rusting, otherwise very nice.

Good looking building and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, the sofa is a comfy bed as well. Staff responds very fast to any request, the building is clean. Needs updating immediately, doors don’t operate properly (bathroom and entrance), clogged bar sink, very old plumbing, getting the hot/cold water to mix properly is a mission.

Good value for money. Great location, nice building, comfortable room, good breakfast. Gym is completely out of order. Overall the hotel and especially the rooms need a lot of renovation.

Breakfast and location were good. Clean room. Rooms are very dated, but certainly clean. My dry cleaning was provided by the required time for next day delivery, but they still charged me a "rush" fee. They notified me before charging and I approved it because I wanted the service, but I found this annoying. I think they just "didn't get around to it" when I handed it in originally, so I feel like I paid for their laziness. Location was broadly good, very close to Provenza, but still a tiny bit off the beaten track.

Good location Room had no electricity after 2 am, nothing, when I woke up to shower there was no light in the bathroom or air conditioner. Room looks old and not well kept, didn't feel confortable. There were smudges everywhere (e.g., the light switches, areas of the bathroom)

Only one keycard was given for a party of two (same card also needed to power up the room) which wasn’t convenient. We asked for a second card but the hotel was full with no additional cards.

Our second stay. We love the location. A great on-site restaurant and a wonderful breakfast. Room was large and clean. Real comfy bed.
