Breakfast was amazing every day. There was a wide array of options and fresh fruit. The check in representatives were super friendly and attentive. The location was perfect and really close to everything. There was 24/hr security so we felt safe. The gym was small but we were still able to get in a good workout. The pool was heated and so amazing. Drinks are great at both rooftop spots. This was just an all around great stay. Thank you! NA

The hotel has a reputation for its design, location and ambiance. The location is great, excellent restaurants that surround it. The room itself has a lot of amenities which make you curious and keep you entertained, they are very different from other lodging options. On the good part, no lights from digital clocks, TV or others, that bother at night. Staff at the reception were great, the luggage handler, being outstanding. The predominant color being black, does not match my preferences. I had an upgrade to standard or "M" room and the space was small, can't imagine the smaller ones. Therefore, mirrors make part of the decor to give it a sense of amplitude, but again, not very comfortable for me. The A/C is not easy to understand, I had to call the reception and someone came to explain; I left it on all night but it has a constant sound, which along with the constant noise from the street, does not help on sleeping comfortably. Perhaps, the door rubber it not suitable anymore to properly prevent noise from coming from the street. (My room was located on the 5th floor). The shower is too dark, had to leave the door opened. The room was lacking bathrobes and slippers, which for me, are basics on a high level hotel. Breakfast was ok, but I ordered the avocado toast- I had high expectations on this and when it came, it was so simple it wasn't appelaling at all. Taste was good, not something to remember though.

It’s a nice place good location but over price Room are very very small I pay 215$ for a shoe box , no parking lot the valet parking takes forever to bring the car back , the gym it’s 2 small hotel rooms made into a gym they have 123 rooms but no more than 4 people can work out in that gym .

The design is awesome, so modern and unusual . Location is great - close to all bars and restaurants . It looks like a modern city in the jungle of plants . Front desk service is awesome . The only thing that bothered me was the shower . It is a black box with no hooks to put the towel inside and a bit inconvenient to turn the water on .

Second time visiting, we had a much better experience than the first time - most probably as the hotel was not fully booked as when we visited for Bad Bunny Concert - Superior Room is worth it, we enjoyed the sleep ritual and the breakfast is insuperable - we will be visiting for a third time Two things stills for a perfect stay, one not in the hotel control: 1) Staff and service is spotty, specially the guy in the lobby left us waiting more than 30mins for a request and then claim “he forgot” seeing as there 2) Pool bar and area with a lot of noise due to construction site next to the hotel

A bit of a maze. The room configuration with the shower and the restroom being separate yet connected with a see through window.

The lobby, bar, and restaurant for breakfast is so lovely! We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and had great service! The duplex room is gorgeous but we realized we didn’t need all that space and the stairs are VERY steep, so we had to be extra careful after a night of drinking.
