Staff is great very helpful and attentive everything I asked for I got and the breakfast everyday was amazing I would stay again when I go to Medellín I didn’t like that I couldn’t invite anyone up to my room but it was understandable

Great location, MOSTLY nice staff, inexpensive, nice view, good breakfast. Loved the little rooftop bar also, though they are technically not associated with the hotel. Nickel and dimed, sometimes rude staff, uncomfortable room (bed, lighting, lack of water glasses, bathroom, etc.). I think the make themselves out to be a nicer spot than they are.

Not much Not as described, falsely advertised as a suite with soundproof walls. Not a suite, minimal amenities, extremely noisy, and unhelpful staff.

Great location - close to all local restaurants. The noise. There are a few places by the hotel that open until morning with loud music and screaming people. Additionally, at the hotel rooftop bar the prices are unreasonably too high.

Room was clean. The on the wall A/C control was difficult to operate. On checkout the were charging me for two bottles of water that were never placed on the mini fridge. They did not make my bed nor replaced the towels after the first night stay.

The size

The room was nice, a little dirty. But that is it. I would not stay here again if they offered it for free. I got almost no sleep. If you are 22 and love reggaeton blasting so loud it shook the room until 430AM, this is the place for you. If you think sleep is an essential component to a hotel room, don't even consider it. The noise, the noise, the noise. Started at 10PM and went until 430AM. I complained at the front desk, and they said it would stop at 4AM. The entire hotel was thump, thump, thump all night. Worse hotel I can remember staying in. They should absolutely and repeatedly state that they have a party bar on top of the hotel, and the party will not stop. I still get angry thinking about this stay in what was otherwise a beautiful trip.

The location, the decoration, the size of the room. Breakfast was very limited in choice but it was very tasty, there was only 1 face towel for 2 of us and it was very annoying having to ask every day for the 2nd towel.

I liked that the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was amazing and it was walking distance from provenza and many stores It's a new establishment only open for one month still a work in progress so there's nothing I can say i don't like will revisit when it is completely done.

Good

Since our Airbnb was in a party zone, we were looking for one quiet night elsewhere. When we arrived here, there was a party and we asked for how long this would go. They said midnight, which was better than the 4am partying, that we had around our Airbnb. In the end the party went until around 0.45am but being in the 4th floor and with ear plugs it was fine. There was a strong smell from the bathroom drain but it vanished if the bathroom aired out for a while.
