excellent and very central location, room was very clean, staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, delicious breakfast! Breakfast was the best food I had in Colombia. Great warm, high pressure showers. Safe, quiet location in walking distance of everything. 24hour staff available. Will definitely come again. Very accommodating.

My stay was beyond exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. I truly felt safe and well taken care of during my entire stay. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Accessibility to Parque Lleras and Provenza for drinking and dining. Quiet area. Not so quiet guests and staff in the morning.

It's an affordable hotel located right in a good area of the poblado , not to noisy and close enough to the party and bars. Although I have to mention that the bathroom it's quite small and there's no windows nor exhaust fan on it, makes it a little bit uncomfortable. They could improve that.
