I honestly wouldn’t recommend the hotel to my worse enemy. The sheets were dirty and full of stains! Only upon check out they wanted to charge us for sheets they said we stained that we knew nothing about eventhough we explained countless times. Our room had lizards, lizard poo and mildew which nothing was done about. It’s a good location yes but I wouldn’t recommend. The breakfast was egg every single morning.

It is a very centralized location. Lots of restaurants and stores. Good breakfast. Super nice staff. Nice hot tub We didn’t really have a window to look outside

I paid the full amount shown here in the app in dollars via bank transfer, and the hotel even sent me the receipt, but when I got there, they told me I had to pay an additional amount. (and it wasn't the bank charge, because that was deducted directly when I paid by transfer)

I really liked the prime location, ideal for enjoying Medellín’s nightlife, as well as the spacious rooms that offer great value for money. The shower did not heat properly during my stay, which was slightly inconvenient. The breakfast was simple; offering a wider variety of options could enhance the overall experience.

Location! Walk to many restaurants and coffee shops and fun pedestrian shopping area. Rooftop breakfast terrace was a great. Beds were a little hard.

Great location and amazing facility. Service was great, specially by Michael and Fernando. It will be better to have hot water easily available and a microwave, but not a big deal about it
