Location was great Bathroom only had glass dividing room and shower… did not look like what was on site

Location. The bed is extremely noisy, to the point that it is impossible to sleep. Any movement causes very loud sounds. The bathroom is also very small, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. There were visible urine splashes on the glass wall left by the previous guest.

The location My room was very dark, f could not find the light switch for ages for the bathroom , it was super small, and had no window at all.

The hotel is very clean and modern room is a bit small but cozy I didn’t like the fact that the window was so small I love natural lighting and air so the small window wasn’t sufficient for me

Whereas the 3 guys responsible and at the Bar Where very good and nice. But the ladies at the Lobby they were really not good. Poor or almost no English. When I arrived at 11.30 am they told me that I cannot check in prior 3 am so I came back at 2 pm. Again they said I cannot move in yet. Earlier move in I would have to pay!!I asked them where is the problem because the room is free! And apart from that they gave me a room without window and unbelievably small. I do not thin that bookingcom should offer this hotel to anybody. again. The breakfast made and served by the guys was excellent.

Location is next to Provenza where all is action takes place. Everything is within walking distance. Room is clean and modern. Location is a close to loud music and street so it’s noisy.

Wi-Fi was down two days and no security cameras and I was robbed and the wrongfully charged once I left No one could speak English
