Staff very friendly lily Obeiro and Beatrice❤️ .To locate the Hotel wa not easy for the taxi drivers. They have to put a bigger sign outside with the namse of the Hotel. And to leave the entrance free dont put car infront

Quiet location, has parking. We specifically booked the room with an A/C (which costs extra) and when found out after entering the room that it was out of order (it had a note taped to it). Also the lights were flashing really badly. We informed the front desk that we would not be staying in that room for the regular price without the A/C that we paid for and without functioning lights. The front desk said there is nothing they can do and that they would not move us to another room or let us cancel the reservation. We are still waiting to hear back from the management about whether they will make it right. In the meantime we booked another hotel (with A/C and working lights for cheaper) and will be doing a chargeback on the reservation if management does not make it right. Update: We got in contact with the management and they agreed to refund the money but would not refund it to the credit card on the reservation. They claimed the only way was to send it to our colombian bank account. we have waited almost 3 weeks now (they promised we would receive the deposit in 5 days) and have not received the money yet.

I've stayed here many times. It's always a pleasure. Great location, quiet, friendly staff, and safe neighborhood.

This is a unique old style hotel surrounded by hi rise apartments and hotels..a charming bit of the past. Not much of this left in Medellin

We had an issue with our bed, it seemed to be an older bed...but the management took care of it right away and made sure we were switched rooms and comfertable!

Nothing, we left the same day we arrived. No refund was given to us, we payed upon arrival.

Friendly staff, great pool, quiet zone, no traffic noise. Walking up the hill. Mosquitos, so so many and the windows didnt fully close to keep them out.

The staff were very friendly, it felt safe and the pool is nice. My room was clean. Plug sockets a little dodgy, smelled a bit of smoke, and WIFI is knly available close to reception.

The location and price.

Great hotel and staff, quiet location just a short walk from the center of El Poblado. The staff make this place what it is, they're very friendly and polite, check in was easy and I had a room by the pool. The room was big, plenty of space, clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and towels fresh, the shower water could have been hotter but it was 28 degrees outside so not really a problem. Breakfast was different each day, eggs, toast, fruit and coffee. Lunch was available but I went out every day. There's a shopping mall 5 minutes walk away and a supermarket plus lots of cafés, bars and restaurants, a perfect location. I was offered an airport transfer on arrival as the airport is half an hour drive from the hotel, I was told a driver would contact me in the morning to confirm and would be waiting for me but no one showed up, I waited for an hour and a half, sent messages to the hotel without reply so got a taxi instead. The walls are thin, I could hear the person snoring at night in the next room. Two tiles fell off the bathroom wall during the night and gave me a shock.

Antioquian style hotel, traditional Colombian breakfasts, staff were friendly and cordial, beautiful hotel to see Antioquian Colombian culture. Overall good place to sleep and experience culture, however it only occurred one time where there was a lot of noise being made by a group of people by the hall that sleep was nearly impossible given that a tour was to be completed the next day. The other point would be they make you pay your stay right away as opposed to other countries where it’s after services received.

The beds were clean Awful staff, not friendly at all. Rude and denied us an extra hand towel, saying they could only give us one per room. Room and facility is old! Room smelled of mildew. Bathroom had the bare bare minimum and no hot water.

The pool, plants, shared spaces, breakfast! Room was pretty barren, no AC, tv didn’t work.
