The breakfast was fine, and price was cheap. My room was a “Suite” with a/c and a jacuzzi style bathtub, but the lighting in the room was 50% broken or faulty. Staff were friendly but seemed nonchalant in their awareness. To sum things up, this hotel sucks. You get what you pay for. I thought it would be conveniently close to the regional airport but because of 1 way and divided streets, and traffic, it took 30 mins to get there in taxi. I could have walked faster. The beds suck, they are uncomfortable and the kind you would find in a pay-by-the-hour Motel. Elevator is junk and I was scared to even use it. I wish it was an overall better hotel because $29CDN/night is hard to beat; unfortunately, it isn’t.

There was no proper ventilation, so molds were in the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast options were the same every day. They can add fruits to the menu. The water in the shower was a bit inconsistent, I would have the hot water on, but in the middle of rising here comes cold water, and I wait a little for it to be warm again.

The place was very small, no ventilation

Stayed with my family, in a family room, they were making to much noise at night in the other rooms and you can hear everything. Ask to clean room and they dont.

Tidy and clean, very nice staff.

Also had nice hot water and water pressure. Parking was included. The lady who checked us in was rather dry and not friendly when we saw her during our stay. There was a smoke detector that was going off the first night and we told the front desk and they said they never heard it, we reported it the next day and it took us standing in the hall to prove that it was indeed beeping and they finally took the batteries out. Someone had spilled like candy in the hallway, I stepped on it in the morning...later when the front desk girl came to see about the smoke detector she stepped on it too and even made a comment....but didn't clean it or tell someone to go clean it...it was still there the next morning. The room was stuffy especially after a hot shower, no windows only a noisy fan, and the nights were chilly and fresh but we couldn't enjoy it in the room.

Location The walls are very thin, allowing you to hear everything from other rooms, which can be quite uncomfortable if other guests are not mindful of quiet hours.

The pictures online do not accurately represent the room, which is misleading advertising. When we got into my room we realized that the toilet wasn't working and no water was going to the tank when we called the front desk and explained the woman at the desk said they were working on it long story short they never fixed it so whenever we use the toilet our waste wasn't able to flush very nasty and uncomfortable

Was clean and had a nice shower. Was cheap We weren’t able to check in for 2 hours after the time we arrived because the room wasnt ready. Also the room has no window to the outside and got very hot. the room along with a vent is to the corridor and so is very loud

Too much noise at night, i couldn’t sleep well. Personal should start learning some english words too. Regarding the breakfast, it should be written in the room that one should call 0 to order the breakfast, in both languages english and spanish. Ventilator is also noisy, no AC.

The building is wedged between two other buildings so there is no windows to the outside. And no way for them to install ac. Your window faces into the hallway and above your window is a second window with louvers which you have to keep open for ventilation so they can hear everything you do outside and you can hear then. You bathroom is small and also has louvers into your room so the smells and the steam venta into your room which has nowhere to go. The cleaning staff yells in the hallway regardless of what time it is. The mattress is wrapped in plastic so your sweat don’t absorb into it but it makes it hotter for you. The cafeteria area is located downstairs where the garage is also located. So when getting off the elevator which is faulty and they dont care to fix… you have to watch out for vehicles driving in and out. The garage does not have ventilation so when you are sitting down to eat your breakfast, you get to smell the exhaust fumes and they also have restrooms in the lobby that only vent out to the lobby so you get to smell that too. And the breakfast is just a small amount of eggs and juice and 5 little tiny pieces of fruit and a small nasty corn bread called arepa. And then they have items in your fridge that are for sale. I never used any of it but the cleaning lady automatically says that there is a water missing and calls it on the radio. And when I went downstairs to check out, the receptionist wanted to charge me for 2 waters. It is a trick to steal from the guests. And they never have change at reception; another trick to steal from the guests hopping that you will forget that they owe you change. And it is over priced. The rooms are small, the WiFi works intermittently. It is not worth it. I moved to a different hotel and it is cheaper and better. And the lights in the hallway are on motion sensor so they keep on turning on and off and there is no way to cover up the louvers window plus you need it for ventilation.

Effective late check-in. Many parking spots inside the building, so protected and safe. Good accommodations and very new construction. Elevator to all floors. Good price for what it is - great for a quick visit of Medellín. Not all staff spoke english, so hard to communicate sometimes. Breakfast is a prepared dish, but there are quite a few options - if you understand spanish. The room and the accommodations were quite small - no space for luggage almost, and knees touching the wall when you sit in the toilet.

How friendly and fun the staff is, very helpful as well. Jow affordable is taking into account the location. Small details showing poor maintenance, like loose shower handles making it hard to get the right water temperature, poor internet reception either because of the equipment or the ISP, lack of easy to reach wall plates for laptops or charging ports other than next to the bed, or not easy to reach lights when you're on bed for reding or dimmed option for in the middle of the night bathroom call
