There was a refrigerator in the room, private bathroom and near a restaurant across the street and within walking distance. Room was clean and affordable. The lights and utilities worked well without issue. Room did not get hot. Owner had some sort of weird attitude the entire stay, needs to improve on it. Water isn’t always accessible and even if you write about it at 7am hours will pass with no response but the owner will respond inquiring about a door that you didn’t even open ignoring the fact that water is not on in the room. Makes guest feel unwelcome despite minimum interactions. Need to work on hosting skills or send another person more warm. Not located near a metro so taxi or ride sharing is needed if going far. Not sure if my reservation was fully paid attention to or not. Wi-Fi was available but not strong but it did work somewhat(I used my own data)

Amazing value for a private room complete with a tiny kitchen. Good safe location near laureles. A bit grimy and noisy but considering the price it was better than I expected

Location is great. Fan was broke, no hot water as the water heater in shower was broken. Tv wasn't connected to anything. Only way to watch it was trough hdmi-cable. My computer (as most of modern laptops) don't have hdmi connecting posibility.

Location, tranquility, great amenities for such a low price! Really good overall Cleanliness for sure and staff wasn't always available :( -but pretty nice when they were there hahah-
