Room without air conditioning. When I checked in, the email I received said that I had air conditioning, but that the room had no ventilation. I called them beforehand to let them know that I would be checking in late at night. I had to stay in that room without air conditioning because I was so tired. They put a standing fan on a timer that turned off every two hours. I do not recommend this hotel. Location

Location near clubs and restaurants. The night shift reception Ann is not like the day shift. She understands that if you book for two people. Then two people are only allowed to stay in room. They are not guest friendly! Booking a hotel room for two people and then the second guest has to pay 80,000 pesos / $19 US fee for a guest. When my room is only 62,000 pesos / $15 US per night. Also they say they will do your laundry for a crazy fee. Think about paying 10,000 pesos per item. They are not liable for damages and if the shift changes. They will leave your items wet in the dryer until the next day. Plus they have a roach problem and they will not clean your room or change your sheets at ALL! If you ask them to clean your room, they will give you a broom, sheets and tell you to.clean your own room.
