The key to enter the building is disabled at night, so you have to buzz and wait for an employee to allow you to enter. It felt a little unsafe to wait outside alone in the dark for 5 minutes while I waited to be buzzed in. I also found it odd that staff entered and cleaned / rearranged things in my room every day even though I had the 'do not disturb' sign on my door.

During my stay, approximately $2,000 USD and 1,000,000 COP were taken from my money belt inside my hotel room. I had no guests, and there was no forced entry, which strongly suggests the room was accessed by someone with a key. I also noticed clear signs that the room had been entered while I was away. When I raised this with management, I was not allowed to review security footage, which is deeply concerning. I made the mistake of paying in cash, which likely exposed how and where I kept my money and left me with limited recourse. I would strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property and take extra precautions with valuables.

We have stayed at Loft 32 multiple times. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are comfortable and the shower is excellent. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and it is in a great neighborhood. nothing

the walls are relatively thin and hence it was a bit noisy, but not terrible at all.

Cleaning may me ok for a day or two. I stayed 2 weeks and the cleaning was very poorly maintained.

Sorry, Loft 32 has no air conditioning only a small fan in the room and at night it gets hot.

there was no dislike at the location, this is my 9th visit at that location and that hotel. It is very convenient the location very quiet full of nature and the birds come by and visit in the morning.
