El ruido, por ser una calle transitada, había ruido durante la madrugada. Quizás podrían insonorizar las ventanas.

This was the perfect place for us - wonderful staff and accommodations and ideal location. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, nice big room with AC. Breakfast was good, nothing special but serviceable. Location is great, near restaurants, stores, mall. Bit of a mix up with documents at check in, I told the guy how it was done, he wanted to do it his way. Of course later they had to call me to go back down and fix it. People are stubborn and waste your time unfortunately.

The hotel is in the safe and green neighborhood, a lot of cafés and restaurants around, we had a very good breakfast.

What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their positive attitude made the experience even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with excellent service.

Breakfast was consistently good quality with limited variety. Fresh fruit was appreciated as was hot chocolate, water, and juices. The only animal protein was from eggs and processed meats. Drinking glasses were not in the room. Had to bring paper cups from the downstairs water fountain. There was no chair in the room for the desk or simply to put on shoes.

The location was good for me with it being a short taxi ride into Medellin city centre. The breakfast was good with fresh items daily although the toaster required some working out! The final room was excellent The staff, especially Oscar on reception, were fantastic all the time. Cost of holding room over for a late check out was reasonable. The initial room assigned was not what was booked (I was given a family room with no balcony) but they switched me after 1 night.

The staff helped us and arranged a new room when we found, during the first night, that the traffic noise was disturbing. Breakfast was very good.

Nice Ubication, quality food (breakfast included), Yamili and Boris at the Bar and kitchen and Alex and Carolina at the reception makes a great staff. Talking about and old building they have conserve his esence of the neighborhood but they need to renew the rooms, beds,a/c, tv and bathrooms.

Location was absolutely great for this hotel. Easy to get taxi or uber to go into the city. Or hangout and walk around the area. Plenty of places to eat and just enjoy the area. It was maybe the nosiest hotel I’ve ever been in. We booked a higher tier room but it was located over the back patio which acts as an echo tunnel for any room facing it. That mixed with the traffic made it difficult to sleep. Bathrooms were out dated. Hair dryer and phone in the room did not work either.

Breakfast was good. Could have more choices. Eggs were cold. But in general was ok . The hotel is located near a busy street. The hotel windows are not sound proof. So the noise is unbearable. Couldn't sleep at all. Thank God I only spend one night at the place. The staff was very nice and helpful It
