Nice family hotel. Friendly and helpful staff all over. Great value for money, breakfast included. Comfortable beds.

The staff was really friendly the even make up a breakfasts in advance as we had a very early pick up for an excursion. the hotel is very clean and the scenery of the area is Amazing Bathroom shower / tub was difficult to get in and out, the water didn’t drain properly and was very slippery

Room is clean, well maintained, modern and tastefully decorated. It even has a small safe in it. Breakfast (a la carte) next door is delicious and service is efficient. Staff is very polite. There was nothing I did not like.

Really great hotel location. Staff were friendly and helped me get checked in and stored my bags while I traveled the city. Very clean and quiet location to relax and still within 5 mins of lots of restaurants and places to go. Very clean rooms and bathroom, it was a very comfortable room. The wifi didn't work almost the whole time we were there but it was only one night so not a big deal.

No windows in my room...very good bed...great shower...super breakfast...room a little small for me

The 574 Hotel is perfect in every way. The friendly, bilingual 24/7 desk staff, clean room, comfy bed, big spa bathroom, walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, and excursion meet-ups, great hot breakfast, quick taxi/uber to Laureles and other locations, tree-lined street- just perfect. I liked everything. No complaints.

The rerun your payment information and try to still your money and then they try to blame booking.com, when you do not pay through booking, you pay directly to them. They scam you

Love the customer service , the lady with gray hair she was amazing , my room was very clean, very comfy , location was great , easy access, breakfast was awesome, i felt safe, and another thing that i love it is because my room has a different types of pillows, soft, medium and hard one I rent my room with jacuzzi , but it wasn’t working

I did not stay at the hotel. I ended up canceling the reservation the same day. Made it before 2PM. The room listed on Booking was the jacuzzi room. Before checking on in I asked to see the rooms in which the front seat clerk was transparent about the room. I already read the reviews and decided to cancel. I wanted to see the rooms, but the front desk clerk was reluctant to show me the rooms. The worst room is the jacuzzi room listed on booking. This room has bad reviews on other third party websites.

Exceptional breakfast. They served us breakfast 30 minutes before the restaurant's usual opening time because we had to leave early that day.

The rooms and staff were really nice especially Ana!! I enjoyed the area as well, overal I would recommend!

It was clean and offered all the necessary amenities. The room was nice but a little smaller than anticipated. There is a large shower with a decent-sized ensuite area.. The staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was also good. The walk to Provenza is a little far but doable (under 20 minutes). The neighborhood is leafy green and safe. A little more expensive than I thought it would be. You are paying for the location - being in El Poblado area.

This place would be perfect if it had a better common area.

The staff was awesome, always very kind and ready to help you. The Wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was in the hotel cafeteria, you had to choose among some fixed meals. The location was quiet although a bit far from the restaurants and attractions at El Poblado Park so you had to walk around 12-15min or take a taxi. I was in the 1st floor, my room had small internal windows near the roof that looked to the corridor. The light was on all night long in this corridor, so it was a bit difficult to get asleep.

Great location - the immediate surrounding area feels tranquil but it is only a very short walk to good bars and restaurants in El Poblado / Manila. It's close to the metro too. The place itself is clean, modern and stylish, really nice bathroom with warm showers, comfy bed and good TV. They also offer a laundry service. Breakfast includes a range of options cooked to order and is really tasty. Staff are really friendly and reception is 24 hours. Would recommend. Other than the rooms and reception there isn't much else here (like a bar or restaurant). There are so many great places nearby this wasn't an issue but just in case that's more what you're looking for!
