Sui Posada Boutique

The breakfast was very good. Not buffet style. So that was nice to be able to choose different everyday. The shower was amazing! The temperature and stream was great. This is a rare find in Colombia, to have a good shower. Everything was great! I would definitely stay here again if in Medellin.

El ruido permanente toda la noche, tanto de la terraza que está en la parte de abajo del hotel como de los restaurantes que se encuentran alrededor. De igual forma, la atención del personal, sobre todo el desayuno es muy deficiente.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was excellent; hearty and healthy. I can't think of anything.

Quiet part of the city but close to many good places Nothing

Sui Boutique is a beautiful, small hotel in a nice part of Medellin. The service was excellent, the hotel was quiet, rooms well appointed with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was served downstairs at the adjoining cafe and was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel The only thing that could be better would be having in house food options, however the cafe downstairs and the restaurant across the road make it easy to get quick food if you want to eat in or nearby

Amazing hotel that offered a great deal of tranquility in a place that is usually quite hectic. I couldn't stay longer.

Good location in a nice neighbourhood. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Our room faced the street so noises late at night and early morning. Breakfast could have more variety. I was charged for a second cup of coffee.

The service was excellent. Everyone at the front desk was genuinely kind and always willing to help. I also liked that tea, coffee, and water were available 24/7 at no extra cost. The decor is not functional, and because the lighting is so warm and poorly placed, it creates harsh shadows throughout the room, making it very difficult to see properly. Even though the room has many windows, opening the curtains means people on the street can see directly inside, leaving you with no privacy. The Wi-Fi signal barely reached our room, and the breakfast options were extremely limited for a hotel at this price.

Sui Boutique Hotel is a very nice spot in Medellin, within walking distance from the metro station, good restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. The family suite worked very well for us as a family of four to relax, sleep and work. Also the lobby was a good spot to work and to get coffee or water. The included breakfast nextdoor was a great day starter. If you'd like it to be fully quiet in your room during your stay you might want to consider another spot.

The hotel is perfect, an amazing atmosphere and well decorated. I recommend it!

Perfect Everything

The breakfast options are a bit untraditional so hard for my kids to find good choices.

Nice decoration Not clean. Bed linens had not been changed and bathroom toilet had the tape across as it had been cleaned and disinfected, but when it was opened it had hair and dirt inside. We got a room that had not been really prepared for new guests. Then we just felt uncomfortable to do anything else at the hotel. Staff was little concerned except Valeria. We did ask her for new linens late at night circa 10pm and she could not find a full clean set, we had to ask for whatever they had available to make our bed snd be able to sleep in something clean. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness and quality boutique hotel.

We loved the decor and the comfortable beds and the helpful staff. The location was very convenient for getting around the city. Just a coincidence of bad timing but there was construction right next door... So there was a lot of noise in the mornings.

2 things: 1) the restaurant doesn’t have a physically menu, only QR codes, I was bothered about this during my visit and not only in the hotel, but generally, many restaurants with only QR codes, why not having at least 1 physically menu for people that doesn’t want to see the menu in a little screen. 2) my room was next to lobby on first floor. On a friday morning, for some reason a person in the lobby had this Alarm set up at like 7:30 am, which is not bad, but the fact that went “on” for 20 / 25 minutes without any body turning it off, until I came out of the Room to f*** ask someone to stop the f****. Alarm and I could massively hear it from the inside of the room. Without the Alarm incidentI would have give a 10 instead of 8.

Very nice and helpful staff. Clean comfortable room. We liked that coffee and filtered water were available in the lobby. The breakfast restaurant was nice. It is a bit away from the main downtown so to get places we took a number of Ubers or taxis.

Exceptional

Good location, close enough to the bars and restaurants but in calm walking area It’s a very small hotel. The breakfast is on the restaurant attached to the hotel
