Location The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom, and they didn’t give you hand towels in the bathroom.

Great location and the room is very quiet at night. It’s hard to find a very comfortable bed in this town, most are very firm. Lincoln has very comfortable beds.

Breakfast was great. Shower drain cover not functioning too good, causing a water overflow.

We have a few problems with the internet, basically, during our stay there the internet did not work and we had to go to a coworking. Besides, they did not have a big parking lot, hence, we were in the middle of a meeting and he had to rush to move the car and the worst part was that the card key did not work, so, we always have to ask someone to open our rooms door and it was kinda annoying but the internet thing was the worst part.

The room was ruined the water not stop to drip from the shower without stopping, everything destroyed... a big ,big difference between what shown in booking and in reality ...a disaster În few words not go there never!!!

It's in a central neighborhood, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. When they clean the room, they don't clean the floor, which is quite bad, and sometimes you hear the noise of the main street of discos and bar.

Nice location, but would not stay again unless they lowered the price to the level it is actually worth. Good breakfast tho. Booked a nicer room with jaccuzi and hoped for a few nights of a nicer stay where we can relax and unwind from constant travelling, but unfortunately have stayed in budget hotels that were better. Feels overpriced for what it is. First night there was a loud party next room until 4am that was not stopped. Second morning at 5am a loud whiny noise woke us, thought it was coming from our room because it was so loud, but it was either next door or the elevator, when I wrote to the hotel they said it is because they were doing renevations, but it was not mentioned before I booked…wish it would have been since I wouldn’t have booked there then. Also the ac remote was empty and couldn’t change the temperature, when you take a shower you need to do it in the jaccuzi and it is very uneven under your feet. Staff is not too helpful when you have issues.

The restaurant and lobby area, ver nice. Friendliness of personel Noise from the neighborhood, no table or desk to work in a junior suite, no mirror in the bathroom, no outlet to charge phone near the bed.

Very clean, staff is quite helpful and friendly. The bed is super comfortable in the room I had. Which was a welcome surprise. Most places here have very firm or “ Hard “ beds. Breakfast is very organized and well prepared. You wait for nothing.

Seems like they have a shortage of things the breakfast options are limited closer to 9am you get what’s left over and available.

The room was perfect, loved the style! It was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast also was abundant, diverse and delicious, served in a trendy and nicely decorated lounge. The only bad thing was the noise … although we were so tired every evening that had no problems sleeping! Anyways, that’s not really the hotel’s problem.
