good location breakfast was ok the employees should talk less louder they make more noises than the guest them selfs and you can hear them early in the morning, they shoul not forget they have guests on vacation.

Staff were so friendly and helpful despite our language differences. We are seniors and really appreciated the extra hands with heavy bags to navigate the many stairs. This was our second visit to this hotel, which included breakfast with our booking. Easy walking distance to Floresta metro station! There is a unique (delicious) avocado restaurant connected, a convenience store on the corner and several bakeries and coffee shops just steps away. Laundry service was inexpensive and very convenient. Continuous hot water, good internet connection, and easy access to taxis and Uber! Highly recommend this friendly, 3-star Colombian hotel if you want to avoid those international chain hotels and stay local. The only problem we encountered on our 4 night stay was a mistep on one of the hallway elevation changes, resulting in sprained ankle. The elevator goes to floor 6, but then its necessary to use multiple stairways to access restaurant and rooms in the annex bldg. If you have mobility issues/doubts be sure to let the staff know you’d like assignment to an appropriate room. We loved the 6th floor room (604A) complete with jetted tub, comfy mattress and mini fridge! Following the ankle injury it was quite challenging. No ice machine, but steps to the corner convenience store where I purchased a bag of ice!

The location was very good, but they left us at the golden door of the hotel for almost 10 minutes waiting for them to open it for us. The TV in the room had no control, there was no hot water, and in the room we found around 2-3 cockroaches... they should pay more attention to a place as good as this.

Nice modern comfortable hotel, excellent location in nice clean area near metro station and walkable to sports complex. Helpful staff some spoke English. Lounges on every floor. Bright open dining area with nice terraces. Breakfast not huge, but tasty and adequate. Not very expensive and wouldn't hesitate to return.² Nothing to dislike, but a gym would make it even better.

The location, it's nearby restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. It is very clean and neat, congratulations to housekeeping department. The only department doing their job. The big balcony on 6th floor has a nice view of Medellin. I wanted to let it go till the night front desk employee wanted to intimidate us by calling the police for a charge that was already paid. The lack of information given by the employees are poor and they are very rude. The only employee that was decent was the one that tried his best to fix problems at check in, both tv's and ac were not working in the rooms (2 bedroom unit) and one light was off. It took 3 days to change 1 light LED fixture; When talking to one frontdesk clerk, another one rudely said it has not been bought, I told him it was bought and when I come back it better be fixed or I want to talk to the manager. Those things needed to be in working order before checking in guests. And here comes the scam, I have let do laundry, the frontdesk and laundry attendant informed that they charge per machine. So it was 2 machines. Husband paid the amount and the same front desk clerk brought the laundry to the room, nice service. At check out, the night clerk informed that it was not paid. My husband and I told him we already paid and we got our laundry back. He insisted it to be paid till he wanted to call the police, very nice try. At last moment since we had to go to the airport, my husband paid it again and we left. the audacity of the clerk when we left, if you want you can complain everywhere even Bookings. We lost that money, but for sure the last visit of us and will not recommend the hotel for all the rude front desk clerk that there is and scams. Breakfast everyday the same, not even try to have a variety in fruits. It stated the room has kitchenette, all great. BUT there is no cutlery, cups or pans to use. Not even a small microwave. That is another lie about this hotel. Got WIFI only in living room. Bedrooms WIFI don't reach. NEVER AGAIN!

hotel is situated on a nice quite location comapared to carrera 70 to much noises on the ground floor , asked to stay on the higher floors to avoid noises, but this is till 11pm when the lobby restaurants is closed

The location to the metro is great. The staff were so helpful with directions, maps and transport to airport. Open concept from ground to 6th floor. Sound can be loud if there are is people talking. Open vent in room which allows sound in. Weekends there are 2 bars across the road that play music until 4am.

I Loved how clean the bed sheets and rooms were. Breakfast was simple but delicious. They need to clean more some of the hallways. Especially in the area were the back elevator is located. Also they need to remove the sofas that are placed on each floor between rooms. People like to hang there and make a lot of noise. Besides those sofas are very old and don’t look great.
