Good location and breakfast was okay. Extremely small room.

There was a fake window in the room that pointed out to the hallway which had light sensors when walking down the corridor. Was bright when trying to sleep as the light came into the room.

Check in was terrible . They charged me way more in person for 2 people than online . Gave me zero help. Didn't tell me how much money it would be and just took my card. I assumed it would be the same price as online. Room is extremely tiny. Bad value

The location is excellent! It was very clean and the breakfast is fantastic. The jacuzzi was closed, which is a reason I booked this hotel. The staff does not speak any English, so prepare to check-in and order your breakfast in Spanish.

Good place to overnight in Medellin. Very friendly staff, simple but everything what you need.

Excellent location in Laureles, close to many restaurants, parks and shops. Generally clean facilities and comfortable beds. Rooms were a bit small and the breakfast options very limited. It does get a bit loud outside rooms, and not very good soundproofing.

Very little. Felt like a escape room.. I liked going out. Staying in. Very smal rooms. No natural light. Airco spraying water drops. Inside doesn't match the feeling of colombia.

This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. Starting with the staff. Not friendly, and deceitful. The room. It was extremely small, there was no room to move and worse of all, no closet or a shelf to put your clothes. When we requested a room with a closet, the receptionist indicated we would get one the next day. Guess what, the next day came and no room available. We moved out to a hotel next door, cheaper and better.
