The Charlee Hotel

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Provenza. The amenities are phenomenal and the staff is amazing.

Good location. Rooms are nice. My check in was incredibly rude and condescending. I had an early flight and they told me my room wasn’t ready till 3. I came back at 2:30 just to see if it was ready early and was scolded for not coming at 3. Not a good impression to start my trip. The rest of the check in was rude as well, but the remainder of my stay was fine. Not five start service for check in, but the rest of the staff was very helpful and kind. The concierge didn’t answer my text for two days and apologized for not having access to their WhatsApp. Not sure what that is but didn’t affect much. Breakfast is very minimum.

I received a free upgrade when I arrived. The room was really great. The pool was pretty small and it wasn't really practical to use. The restaurant did not have enough healthy choices, although the breakfast was pretty good. More choices on the menu for lunch and dinner would be a big plus.

my TV is stuck on audible Spanish language, whatever function, movement, selection you do with the remote, she's non-stop speaking.

The staff were incredible, the rooms were beautiful, and the food at Real was unforgettable. I wish I had stayed a little longer I liked everything about this hotel.

The hotel facility is very good The service was the worst I have ever experienced. Over 45mins to check in. Additional tax charges because I used a foreign ID card and not my passport with an entry stamp. This is the only hotel in Colombia where this has happens to me. I arrange for 4 friends from UK to come so we could go to the rooftop brunch. I was messaging the hotel for two months in advance and they didn’t tell me that the day if the brunch had been changed to a week earlier. Despite it stating the contrary on there website. I was basically told it was not their problem as the rooftop of the hotel was managed by a different company. It ruining our weekend and they didn’t care. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I will never stay here again.

The hotel is superbly situated near many restaurants, bars, and other nightlife activities. A variety of stores, banks, and pharmacies are also nearby. The breakfast offerings are impressive. The wait staff is attentive and accommodating. The decor is appropriate for the style of the hotel, and it is impressive. However, I prefer a more contemporary decor.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Poblado. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my check-in and entire stay a breeze. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from parque lleras. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellin!!

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were passionate about the menu and eager to offer recommendations. The wine selection was equally impressive, with pairings that elevated the meal to another level. The room had a moldy odor that was coming out of the bathroom.

The hotel is located directly next to the red light district and has a good roof top area the concierge at check-in was completely overstrained (30min!), unprofessional and unfriendly. This woman as an individual and as the first representative of the hotel destroyed so much atmosphere that the overall impression of the hotel remains bad, even if the rest of the staff is friendly. The infrastructure of the hotel is old and the beds are completely worn out. Renovation work was purely cosmetic. The appearance to the eye is fine however. Everything is nice to look at.

We had an amazing experience at Charlee Hotel! The concierge went above and beyond to help us find a car and ensure everything was perfect for my husband's birthday. The room was beautifully prepared. the location is unbeatable-right in the heart of everything, close to all the best party spots. if you are looking for great service, and a vibrant atmosphere, this is the place to stay! Highly recommended. and a very secure place
