Good breakfast...great restaurant...wonderful staff.. Quiet area...very safe..not much of a walking area..you have to tsxi everywhere ..comfortable beds...rooms large with balcone Pool very cold...no longer heated...steam room needs an upgrade not very hot..shuts off quicly...jacuzzi not very hot

The location, very convenient

The property clean, swimming pool, sauna, hat tub was always clean and available to use and the kitchen was fantastic, amazing breakfast. I appreciate how everyone was hospitable and respectful ? None

The staff were so kind, they always tried to help us. The room has a good size and it was always clean. Maybe the location, because the property is not located in an easy to walk place, if you want to get poblado and provenza spots by walking, you will need take long paths because the palmas avenue isn’t no easy to cross.

The location is very good, the service is excellent, it is a quiet place

There is a waiter called Andres who is a star. He makes everyone feel comfortable. What ever you pay him is not enough. Bathrooms could be bigger.

the 2 large beds were great for our family of 3. the room design provided privacy for the 2 beds even though it was 1 room. good location, central. there could have been better cleaning.

Facilities

On arrival I was offered a cup of coffee. The breakfast was ok. They changed it daily. Hotel is on a hill and we found it difficult to get Ubers back on evenings . The room was spacious and adequate for our needs. Mini couch and work table etc Longest check out I’ve ever experienced and the receptionist tried to charge me for water I didn’t drink from the mini bar. She wanted me to sign a blank paper and I said no. Thankfully another guest intervened who spoke English and told her write the amount of the water, then I signed as my Uber was already there ( that’s how long it took). At night you can hear the sounds of the rooms above and doors sliding. I wasn’t in the room during the day.

The room is very comfortable and very nice For breakfast, you have to order food because the buffet was always empty. The location is too far from everything
