Sloh Hotel & Bar Manila Medellin

Loved everything about the hotel near a great area of el poblado and great restaurants nearby and they have a great rooftop restaurant as well and great breakfast. I just wish they had more pork free options for breakfast but that’s about it.

The rooms setup Nothing

Loved the location, the decor, the high-end toiletries provided, the staff, and that it was quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast service was a bit slow, so if you have activities planned, give yourself plenty of time. Room was equipped with Alexa to operate TV/lights and give you any info you might need, etc., but it didn’t work that well. We just had to turn lights on/off ourselves. TV streaming was also a bit spotty because of internet connection. And it would have been nice to have the hairdryer in the room and not have to ask for it. But the staff was wonderful, so these comments are all minor.

Sumptuous breakfast with many tasty options, prepared with care. Staff does not speak much english but very helpful and kind. The bartender at the bar upstairs makes a wicked drink! Housekeeping is efficient and thorough, we always returned to a nice smelling room. Room has a locker for laptops and valuables, and plenty of power outlets for devices. Great and very convenient location in the Manila area. Close to many restaurants but also a quiet hotel with soundproofed windows! The staff is quick to respond to questions over whatsapp. Rooms are "smart" rooms with Alexa. Bed and mattress are very comfortable. A surfeit of pillows. We enjoyed our stay here. Air conditioning could not be controlled by Alexa and we could not figure out how to make the room cooler! There did not seem to be a remote control option either. Also, one does not need so many pillows (six per bed!!). Four would suffice ... there is no room in the room to keep the ones not used away.

The location is excellent! The restaurant downstairs is delicious! The staff were very helpful, friendly, and patient. It is a nice place to start or end your stay in Medellin. The rain fall shower head was wonderful and had plenty of reasonable water pressure and easy to manage hot water. It is easy to walk to other destinations in El Poblado. We were originally assigned a room without windows! The 4th room of every level (I think) does NOT include a window, which conflicts with Booking's description of 'City View'. After one night, we were able to move to a new room with windows. Both rooms were pretty small, there isn't a lot of space inside the room, especially if traveling with a spouse / partner. You likely won't be able to unload your entire suitcase, especially with two people.

The rooms are modern and clean and the hotel is located in a quiet yet central part of el Poblado.

The hotel is new, the staff is incredibly kind, and the price is right. It is located in such a nice neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and bars without the chaos the El Poblado scene, yet the central El Poblado scene is right next-door.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was new and comfortable. The staff were amazing as was the breakfast.

Great location in the middle of everything. Very clean staff was great. Has some questions Luis the manager was great and ready to help. Can’t find something I didn’t like. I will say just parking outside . But hotel and people was great

Beautifully furnished hotel (especially the lobby!), spacious room, spotless, centrally located, good restaurant/bar, wonderful staff Nothing!

Sloh has very modern AI controlled rooms. Can get bit confusing for the people who are not tech savvy in my opinion. We had no issues in operating with Alexa. Was really modern hotel and at a good location. Breakfast did not had mush choices but just 3 set menu breakfast. Was not the best breakfast in my opinion.

Amazing design and story - every last detail is thought of. For work or leisure it’s a fantastic location with a lovely rooftop, fantastic food and kitchen, strong wifi and overall very reasonable prices for quality and calibre of the hotel.

Everything is very efficient about this hotel. It’s minimalistic and thought through. Very good bathrooms. Super clean and modern. Great location. I liked welcome drink and breakfast. There are no windows in standard rooms. Beds are covered with unnecessary decorative pillows for which there is no place. Breakfast has only 3 choices from the menu which is ok, but confusing.

The courtesy drinks, the rooftop, the cleanliness, modern and the hospitality. The only thing is the room is a little small and for breakfast there was only 2 options. The breakfast was very good by btw.
