Property had perfect location, close to many restaurants/bars, and activities. The spa was very nice and private and kind of redeemed the location for me since it was a couple’s trip. Pricing for the spas 3hr couple experience was $350 for both with the 20% discount of staying with the hotel. The hotels restaurant, Memmoria, was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Service was great and the food was made with passion. Check in process, breakfast, rooms were not really satisfactory. To be honest, I wanted to cut my stay short and stay at a hotel I had previously enjoyed, but they said the booking was fulfilled through Booking so not much they could do other than speak in person with me, unfortunately i was busy And did not have a chance to speak with the customer relations manager. When trying to check in, there is no “front desk”. there is a breakfast stand in which, if there’s an employee working (2 different businesses btw), you have to ask THEM if there’s a hotel staff available to check you in. Our check in process took about an hour while waiting for someone… i understand being understaffed and overbooked but at least make it easier or quicker to check in by modernizing the process. As for breakfast, the “included breakfast” is super limited, and you’re sharing the already small breakfast space with outside people because the BREAKFAST STAND that supplies the included breakfast also hosts a brunch for anyone who wants to come. Good luck getting a seat. We had breakfast there one day to see how it was and absolutely not worth it. We had to flag the singular server working to get a qr code menu, and waited a good while before getting asked our order and receiving the food. If food and service is important to you, look into a hotel that serves buffet style local foods, as that is more delicious, or go to a local cafe. The room is ok, very small but i booked the basic room with queen bed. Maybe 2-3 feet of space between the walls and the bed, with 4-5ft between the tv wall/closet and the bed. Not really a place to put your suitcase. The drawers of the closet didn’t close or open easily.

Location Very small rooms, super small bathroom, very limited breakfast

I think the thermal pools should be included for free or at least when you book a massage it's included. Not worth the price. Rooftop should offer maybe some tapas with pizza.

Rooms were small and there was no window.

It is central to many great restaurants and cafes. The room had a yoga mat/foam roller. I booked an Executive Suite specifically because it was advertised as having a city view. However, the windows in our room were completely opaque, offering no view at all. Additionally, we found what appeared to be dried blood on one of the pillows, which was unacceptable. The rooms are also not soundproof; we could clearly hear noise and activity from the room above throughout our stay. When I raised the concern about the room view, the staff were not particularly helpful. Furthermore, the hotel advertises a sauna available for an additional cost, but there is no sauna on the property. For the price per night, there are many other hotels in the area that offer more accurate descriptions, better amenities, and higher-quality service. I visit Colombia frequently and have stayed in numerous hotels, and unfortunately, much of the information provided by this property about its rooms and amenities was misleading.

The staff was SUPER nice and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. The facilities are/look new, fancy, detailed and safe. I had the opportunity to use the spa and I can say that it was totally worth it. Not a thing
