The staff was really great. It needs to be made clear before booking that the payment must go through the hotel, even though booking.com requires credit card information. The shower area has visible mold/ mildew on ceiling.

The hotel is very well located, in a central area with easy access to various points of interest. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. However, the room we were assigned was extremely small and right next to the reception, which affected the sense of privacy. Additionally, access via the stairs is difficult, and there was a noticeable musty smell in the air. If location is the priority, it could be an option, but some aspects could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The Staff was very supportive and friendly. I booked this hotel for 9 days because of location. When I arrived, the cab driver and I rang the bell for 5 minutes? Finally, someone buzzes us on and you're met with stairs that you wouldn't want to fall down. Staff here was extremely nice but the rooms were not. The 1st room they gave me had mold in the bathroom? I complained and was moved upstairs where you had another flight of stairs . This room was too small, had no closet, no safe box, and connected to a " common area" so you could hear others if they gathered? Also, the bathroom had a smell and based on the moldy bathroom downstairs, I knew I could only stay here one night. No refund, but offered to give me another room. No thank you. Staff was caring and nice but I left in one day losing 8 days stay because of they're no refund policy. My fault I should have booked 2 days and tried to extend if I liked the hotel. Another lesson learned.. be careful with others reviews.

The location was perfect and there was always coffee for free in front of our room. They gave us a hairdryer when we asked for it. If you want to sleep, don’t go there. We really don’t know what‘s going on in this hotel, but the walls are like paper, so there’s no way of resting. The receptionist watches (loud!) youtube videos in the middle of the night. People were coming home from going out with a lot of drama. People were checked into their rooms and got explanations by the receptionist in 200 decibel, with no respect for other guests whatsoever. Also, luckily we realized that they wanted to charge us more then we booked via booking? We don’t know whether this was an honest mistake or on purpose.

Very clean, special thanks to Yiceth, she was wonderful and helpful every morning, location was great. TV was big and had free Netflix and prime (but let’s be real, you are in Medellin, you shouldn’t be in your hotel room!) Room, especially bathroom, a little small, stairs only. Ok for me but maybe older people or with mobility issues should know that.

Nice location and cozy staff was nice and sweet. Only problem was lack of A/C in the room. Very convenient. Next to Mall and train station. There is lot good restaurants around the area. The A/C not in the room. No breakfast offered. Narrow entrance

Good location, close to everything. Clean rooms, hot water shower! No english speaking Person. Contact just via WhatsApp,nobody was in the hotel. Just for the check In. Jacuzzi wasnt working, since weeks. Better book an transfer directly with a driver. The conversation with the staff is not depandable

Nice and clean hotel, walking distance from QUIRKY Poblado. But not too close, so the place is really quiet. Helpful staff. Close to Medellin Metro station. The window view is on some shaft and walls. No breakfast.
