A bit noisy because of construction

It is just perfect in everyway. I did not expect such a smooth stay. It is was the best service I’ve ever seen especially with this price range!

The property is well located in El Poblado and very close to restaurants and the metro. The staff were friendly and the place felt safe. Breakfast was included and good! Keep in mind that it does not have air conditioning. There were few plugs. The bathroom was very small. And the bed was not very comfortable.

Price is very good for the area next to a large supermarket, Exito. Daily cleaning is also available. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was in a safe part of town, surrounded by many restaurants and stores. My room was clean and included a nice patio. I also appreciated the hair dryer. Great breakfast included. My room was a little stuffy even though a nice fan was included.

Felt like a relatively safe location. Very nice breakfast with vey amiable cook. She created a very warm and inviting area. I had to climb 4-1/2 flights of concrete steps with my luggage to my room. No air conditioning- just a fan- and already hot in May. Can open windows but people talk and argue. Also construction on street outside.

The bathroom was barely cleaned on the second day. There noise insulation was terrible and you can hear everything from your neighbours (going to bathroom in and out). It’s like living in a college dorm with less insulation. I had to speak to the couple who was blasting tv at 1130PM. The breakfast was alright the eggs had an odd taste. The staff was

We experienced warm welcome. The staff are always available when you need them, we were in the room at the second floor, it was Kosi and clean, if you request for the cleaning of the room they will do it every day, they are placing everything new. Also is really close to the metro station and restaurants

A bit noisy at night

I think it’s one of the best price/performance ratio. Clean, nice staff and price is really good. Also the neighborhood is very silent.

Great location. Friendly staff. Common space for breakfast on the rooftop was nice and had a great view. Common space in unit was also nice. Private rooms and bathrooms are tiny. Ventilation wasn’t great, so started to get musty by the end of 3 days. Common space was very echoey, so might have been a problem if neighbours were noisy

Everyone at Poblado Guest House was very friendly and helpful. Every room was very clean and the shared kitchen had everything we needed for a few light meals. The room itself was very comfortable and we also appreciated how quiet it was. The breakfast was very yummy and accommodating for food allergies.

Super clean close to everything I loved it will definitely stay there again when I go back to Colombia
