Pablo is was outstanding in his service and support during my stay. He went above and beyond to make us comfortably enjoying out stay. He is an asset to Hotel Calle Flora. Deserves to be rewarded! No complimentary drink in rooms or even a microwave on the premises .

This is by far one of the greatest locations within El Poblado area (Lleras Park) very centric to everything and in the heart of night life clubs and restaurants. Great aesthetic and concept hotel, every balcony have mechanical shades/shutters designed as if they were flower petals that you can open or close as you wish to control the amount of light and view you want. Excellent and complete breakfast! Variety of fruits, cereals, eggs, soups, juice, coffee, cheeses, breads, pastries and more :) I do like everything about this hotel, except the floor tiles in the shower area, they're very slippery and represents a risk for accidents. They should solve this problem. The guest policy should be changed. As a frequent traveler to Medellin, I have several friends that I would love to invite and is not affordable to pay for every visitor. If I made a reservation for 2 persons and I'm travelling alone, I should be able to invite and register a visitor and change it if they leave, maintaining the rule of 2 persons, but not limited to only one registered guest per stay.

Centrally located, and beautiful terrace with a view. Also spacious rooms if you take the penthouses The quality of people entering the hotel isn’t the finest

The locationnis perfect. In the middle of everything. Very safe area. The staf was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. We had a room with a roof window so we had a great view of the area especially at night. The bathroom was somewhat small and there was not enough closet space.
-
Good continental breakfast, comfortable room, comfortable beds, rooftop heated pool, rooftop bar. The room did not have closets. It did not have a space to place your luggage or a luggage rack. The area is very noisy.

We like everything, my stay was perfect, certainly I will stray there another time.
-
The room was nice and comfortable, especially the bed, which made the stay pleasant overall. The front desk staff was also very kind and welcoming. The hotel can be very noisy, especially if your room faces the park and is located on a lower floor. There was constant noise during both weekdays and weekends due to the busy surrounding area. The breakfast was also disappointing — it was the same every day and lacked flavor, so it didn’t feel enjoyable or varied.

The guest friendly payment amount per extra guest!!
-
Well decorated Extremely loud, and I stayed on a monday night. I cannot imagine how much louder it probably gets.

Loved the decor, with each floor dedicated to a different endemic flower. Good breakfast, water machine on each floor is a plus. Innovative design of balcony, we loved playing with the metal "petals". Comfortable bed, practical bathroom, smart room layout. Perfect location to explore the city with a friendly and accommodating staff, muchas gracias por todo! We highly recommend Calle Flora and will certainly come back should our travel plans brings us back to lively Medellín. Can be noisy on the lower floors, as it's smack-dab in the middle of all the action of El Poblado. Once we were moved to a higher floor we had great night's sleep.

The hotel itself was perfectly fine—the rooms were clean, the staff was professional, and the amenities were as described. I didnt like the surrounding area is quite rough. There is a lot of visible illegal activity and solicitation right outside the front door. While I had no issues inside the hotel, I didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood at night. Great hotel, but a very uncomfortable location.
