Safe location, security around hospital. towels were patchwork, threadbare, old. cold shower. Thin walls.

The staff was very friendly. The Metro Station universidad and the botanical garden is around the Corner. The Breakfast was okay. The rooms are tiny and mostly without Windows.

Nothing 1. The hotel focuses on blaming customers instead of improving services. 2. The room has no windows to the outside , only indoor windows facing the corridor.Besides, no window screens ,but there are many mosquitoes, so the windows cannot be opened, makes the room stuffy 3 .The photos of the room are misleading, the real room is much worse than it looks in the photos, older, smaller and poorly cleaned, the bed had black gum residue on when we check in, the hotel refused to change the sheets, after I asked twice they changed 4. On the second day of check-in, I found that the locked window of my room was opened, and the money I put on the refrigerator was stolen. 5. I booked 3 stays, there were two orders in total. I completed the reservation for the latter reservation a month ago .However, until the day before the check-in date , I received an email from booking to tell me the reservation is canceled, hotel didn’t feel sorry, that caused me to be busy looking for alternative accommodation during the trip, paying a high price,the. 6.In Colombia, the high temperature, the room has no air conditioner, only an electric fan. Blowing on the electric fan when the air is so dry to make the skin more uncomfortable. After staying for two days, it caused me an allergic reaction; 7.The sound proof of is extremely poor, everything is clear. 8.The wifi is poor , no longer work smoothly at night or in the morning when most people are in their rooms. 9.The staff in the morning to afternoon (about 35 years old, can’t speak English) is worst staff I have ever seen, I visited more than 20 countries and almost all countries in Central and South America, I’d never meet any staff so rude like her. When we arrived, she was angry and took it out on us, she was unwilling to help us check in, even though the booking.com showed that there were still one double rooms and one twin rooms are both available to stay two nights, she denied and said there is no room for us, until I booked on...

Location and clean facilities, staff was helpful I got a room without windows and most of all near the entrance with thin walls and door and very noisy, got woke up at 5 am by people checking out and even with ear plugs was quite noisy

Kind staff and good location with lot of restaurants, bars close. Pleasant terrace to chill. The bedroom doesn't have a window, so no natural light. No decoration (white wall). No vegetation. No facilities to cook (no kitchen). The breakfast is enough poor and not really tasting.
