The location was perfect. The staff was exceptional: I wanted to change the room, and it was done to my complete satisfaction practically immediately. The breakfast was very good, but the same every day. Cons: Some rooms do not have windows. When I requested a change it was done immediately. Still, the lack of windows must be mentioned in the room's description. The mattress was very hard, causing some discomfort in my lower back. I think having better mattresses will substantially increase the hotel's value.

Too tight moving around the bathroom and poor placement of the waste container. Plus difficulty accessing the power receptacle at the bed.

Beautiful place to stay, very positive vibes! The restaurant is terrific and was the best of all the places we ate. The rooms are quiet and good value. The only downside was that sometimes there wasn't hot water, but I would expect that for any mid-range hotel in Colombia.

Laureles is a safe area. The hotel is not necessarily on a street with lots of nearby restaurants or bars so it is quiet. There is only one late night dining spot nearby. The staff is friendly. They went out of their way to look for a personal item I had left in the room. The self-empowerment quotes were interesting to read. I requested a junior suite and when I arrived they gave me a basic room until I complained. The bathroom feels cramped with a large jacuzzi and tiny shower. The shower head points in an angle that attacks you when entering. Lower body is therefore hard to wash. Bath products are awful with a red soap that looks like jelly. They close the doors after midnight and you must ring to enter. Unlike other hotels in Colombia, there is no buffet breakfast. They offer you three choices of eggs, fruit juice, coffee and fresh fruit. The layout feels sterile with a sprinkling of self empowerment quotes.

Staff was friendly Room was terrible, faucet in the bathroom was loose, walls had humidity, door was hard to close... facilities need an urgent fix and upgrade

Good location in a nice neighborhood, helpful staff, spa with sauna and jacuzzi. Good breakfast, but not enough if you are hungry.

The rooms are spacious and of good size, but Staff cannot speak English, and their customer service is poor.

The neighborhood was green and friendly, lots of restaurants. About 15 minute walk to the Metro. The eating area was open, full of plants and little birds would join us. Staff tried to help us when asked. Big room on top floor to relax in was welcoming. The breakfast was just fine. Jacuzzi tub in our room had good hot water, but jets did not work. Top floor had a hot tub which took over 40 minutes to warm up (not hot), and a sauna that was mildly warm only. We could never get the TV to work at all.
