it is good located, is central but it is not to far from a lot of places. Staff was very nice, they were the best of the property. the water broke down for two days in the last floors of the hotel and no one let us know, after an entire day they re assigned us into another room. The first floor rooms are lousy because they have the laundry at the back is not to comfortable to sleep in.

Clean, linen and towels and all bathroom. Good secure parking. Good wifi. Located close to the Botero Museum The air conditioning in the room although put on the lowest temperature did not cool down at all. We believe it was broken. The area, although central, didn’t seem secure in the evening so better stay in the hotel

I had to think deep for this, but warm water in de shower was nice. Actually everything was wrong here! By entering the room, no bed sheets, terrible lights and when turning on the TV there was porno on. Continuing the night, it was very noisy (especially during night time with people making love, couldn't sleep, even with earplugs), the bed and pillows are laminated and made from stone, the minibar had a lot of contamination. And to top it off, they asked an incredibly high rate for this type of accommodation, we paid COP 1.260K for 4 nights (COP 315K per night). After one night, we had to leave, my girlfriend felt incredibly uncomfortable, so we asked for a refund. We eventually got COP 350K back from the reception. Very disappointing! I have travelled all over the world, but this was an exceptionally nasty experience for an accommodation thats claims to be a hotel!

Unfortunately nothing Too much noise. The laundry was located next to my room and the WiFi only worked at the reception desk

Location was good, 10-15 minute walk to the centre/metro, A/C in room, hot shower water, staff were great. The room was not clean, dirt and loads of hair all over the floor, but for the price and other things I did like, I'd still stay there again.

Location is alright during the day, roughly 10mns walk to the center of Medellin. During the night the ladies of the night trade lurk by close to. Pretty cool bars, restaurants and panaderías close by. The cleanliness needs improving big time. The room was big, guess they didn’t have a double room available so they put us on a family room. However there were hairs literally everywhere, on the floor, in the 3 beds, in the shower, which personally is something that makes me want to throw up. TV only had 12 channels including one of adult entertainment. No accessible window but there is air conditioning in the room. Hot water is available in the shower. Food delivery service comes all the way up to your room.
