Everything was good overall. I only have one observation: I traveled with my one-and-a-half-year-old daughter and we stayed on the 4th floor. The balcony railings had very wide gaps, and my daughter could have easily fit through them. Families traveling with toddlers should definitely keep this in mind.

The hotel is located in a quiet and comfortable part of Medellin. The neighborhood is safe and alot of things are at walking distance.The staff is very attentive and kind. Ready to help to make the accommodations better in any way possible.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean It advertises parking available, but it was limited and required previous request that was not advertised on Booking There is noise from the street, but they gave us a more quiet room
