Está muy bien ubicado Las camas son muy bajas. Falta variedades en las opciones del desayuno.

Too small

Breakfast was great. Todos personas muy amables. Excellent location . I would stay again if I was in Laureles.

Initially placed top level to the back of the building. The ascent were steep spiral stairs which makes them unsuitable for the walking disabled. The front of the building has normal stairs. The beds are very firm. Only one pillow and towel per guest. The kitchenette was not functional. There was not a dish washer in the room and the small balcony only overlooks the street of the hotel not a picturesque view. The room has normal stairs windows. Daylight comes in by having the balcony door open. Not a sliding door, so two people on the balcony at the same time will need to shuffle around each other to get in and out. There is a little more day light in the living space if you keep that door open.The building needs updating.

Staff’s hospitality and eagerness to please Breakfast selection needs a little more variety

The attention was excellent, they were very friendly and were always available whenever we needed them, they had everything we needed such as water, laundry, booked tours, stores and restaurants close by and etc. The room was really nicely decorated and there was good space. I would definitely come back the next time I visit Colombia!!!

Noisy all hours of the night

The place was full when I got there so I didn't get a room

The wifi in our room was not working well. Also no room service....maybe have to ask? But we stayed for 3 days so it was not really a must

The room did not have a window. It was airless.

Superb

The receptionist, Maria, was very friendly and helpful, the kind of hospitality I would expect in all the places I'm staying. She did lend us a metro card as well which came in handy whilst traveling around Medellin. Also felt like a modern place rather than some old dated hotel in need of TLC like others we came across in other places in Colombia Nothing negative really, for what we paid, it was good value for money

Good location close to the Estadio metro station. Very friendly stuff. Free metro card from the reception. Good tourist offer. Poor A/C - noisy and ineffective. There was a cooktop in the room but not the kitchen facilities. Poor TV offer.

Location is awesome. It's very safe and with a variety of options to go. The staff is very polite, always caring for the guests and giving useful information to have a safe trip.

Helpful staff, bed was comfortable If you're staying at the top, there is no lift, the stairs are v narrow and round and you have to duck when walking up. It's v small and not well made, e.g. couldnt use the kitchen

Modern remodeled room (205). This is an interior room and very quiet. Manual was an exceptional host. Always a smile and a warm greeting. Very responsive. If there was a schedule for breakfast, I never knew it. I ate breakfast at any morning hour in the morning, and there was no complaint. Coffee was always available. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The room was very clean. There were convenient power outlets and light switches. I loved the refrigerator in the room. There were many shelves so that I wasn't having to dig through my suitcase looking for things. I could set them out for quick access. The room felt more like home than a stranger's house. There are a great selection of restaraunts that are only a block away. I'm certain there are things I missed that made, this, an exceptional stay.
