We checked in 2 hours later than the usual time, the room wasn't ready when we got inside there wasn't toilet paper, enough towels for the number of guests or blankets, the area is near to the bars so it's never quiet, would not stay or recommend the place

All the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean and everything I wanted to see in Medellín was easy to access from this location. Overall a very nice experience! Special thanks for Laudi at the reception for being ever so kind and helpful, answering all our questions patiently at all times :-) x

Staff very helpful and courteous. Hot water for the shower which is very rare in Colombia! Much appreciated. Location is safe and walking distance from the main street where you can find bar, restaurants, shops. TV was not working, you can hear everything feom your neighbours not very soundproof. No windows at all in the room
