The breakfast was balanced, delicious and well presented. As for the location, it is in a safe place close to transportation, shops and restaurants. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, comfortable, modern, and with good facilities. all excelent

The location was near the municipal stadium about two kilometers from the city center. One positive thing was that we received a breakfast upon request at 5 am! Two of the three rooms booked were on the ground floor and were very small and without any windows! No one at the reception speaks or understands English!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and very tolerant of my very bad Spanish I had two short stays in the hotel. For the first stay the room was very comfortable and a good size. For the second stay the room was smaller and poorly laid out, but adequate for a couple of nights. I think this was caused by the hotel being a converted house.

The staff was super friendly and nice. I really liked the position of the hotel, felt safe even during the night. The breakfast was well cooked. The facilities looked clean and neat. Our requests were heard. The room was not meant/prepared for two people. We only found 1 soap, 1 towel and there was no window. Low flexibility for leaving the night, we had to report to the staff when we are leaving, so they could lock the outside door.

Basic appointment but clean and tidy with excellent, personable service. This part of Laureles is close to amenities.

Close to 70 avenue I couldn’t sleep because of the sound. There is a church ⛪️ in front the hotel so much going on in the streets. The worst experience ever, If you seeing this don’t stay there or you won’t be able to sleep.
